Luxury Estate with breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, you will not be disappointed. This captivating luxury rental has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, dining room, bar, outdoor barbecue, extra large pool plus 2 jacuzzi's! Enjoy a comfortable indoor/outdoor living experience, where our expansive great room leads out through wall to wall pocket doors to our massive pool, spas, outdoor kitchen and pool house provide all that you would need for the ultimate vacation experience.

As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to Riverside County code noise regulations. The entire county of Riverside requires outside noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm-8am. Regulations state amplified speaker music is not allowed, and outside noise is not to exceed 45 decibels during quiet hours, and 55 decibels during the day, contained within the property.
PARKING:
Plenty of parking in garage (3) and driveway (10) with street parking if needed.
RULES/NOISE:
The City of Indio has a noise ordinance of quiet hours: minimal outdoor noise/activity after 9 pm (Sunday to Thursday) and after 10 pm (Friday & Saturday). During quiet hours no music or noise should be heard at the property line. Noise should be at low to moderate levels during the daytime. Overnight occupancy is anyone on the property after 10 pm and should not be more than one the listing (Note: 16 plus means 16 max)
We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community in order to offer these amazing vacation properties to our guests, so we appreciate you following these rules during your stay.
POOL|SPA:
Pool/spa: The pool is 90,000 Gallons and can take 3 days to heat there is a pre-heating charge of $300/day for the 3 days to heat to 82 degrees. After that there is a $300/daily fee to maintain the heat during your stay. Use of spa heat is complimentary with pool heat. If using spas alone there is a $75/daily fee for heating. Spas can be controlled by a wireless on a remote in BBQ area, instructions are in the house manual (in the kitchen).
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 72 hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Payment can be made via payment link or another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
SLEEPING:
Air mattresses and Pack n Play (and High Chair) available upon request, prior to check-in.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75 and late check-out fee is $75. It is only granted upon availability which is confirmed prior to the payment request. Payment request have to be made upon confirmation of the availability or else the request to housekeeping team will not be submitted. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
CHECKOUT DUTIES: when possible, if you could start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in dishwasher. It is the request asked by my cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With CDC new guidelines, which we follow, they have a lot more duties to complete, this helps them to be timely for everyone. Thank you so much!

c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or
wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may

omissions of others;
d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming
full responsibility for any and all risk of death or
or personal injury or property damage suffered by me
and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and
e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal
representatives, my assigns, my children and any
Guardian ad litem for said children.
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this
Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and
language in it. I further understand that this waiver &
Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and
Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i
agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder
of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force
and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal
proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State

This estate is beautiful beyond imagination. The photos don’t do it justice. It is extremely spacious with a bar and a room to hang out in. My favorite part is that the family room, bar area, kitchen, and game room are all open so if you have a big group you will all feel together. Another great part of the house is the backyard, complete with 2 spas and a giant pool. The garage area had a ac which was amazing because most houses with a garage in Palm Springs do not have that feature and it always feels like there is no oxygen. Our host Anna and Rob were extremely pleasant to be around. We couldn’t have stayed at a better house and cannot wait to be back every year!

This is amazing very comfortable house, pool is huge, kitchen and bathrooms are clean, we really enjoyed our trip , next time will definitely book this house again
