This large holiday villa for rent on the Costa Dorada is divided into 2 independent houses adjoining each other with independent access. The whole benefits from a very pleasant and intimate exterior with large private swimming pool, garden, covered terrace and barbecue area. The property has a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Indoor parking for 2 cars.
Approximate distances: 700 meters from the sea ("Calaforn" sandy cove). 500 meters from a gravel cove "Torrent del Pi". Residential area “Las Tres Calas”. Located 3.5 km from the town center of Amettla de Mar. Cambrils and Salou are 25 and 30 minutes away by car. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.
Areas and equipment: Habitable approximately 260 m² in total (130 m² per villa). Enclosed land of approximately 400 m². 2 TV (French and Es channels). Equipment in each kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker. Wifi Internet.
1st single storey house: Living / dining room with TV. Equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds). 2 shower room / WC.
2nd house with floor: Living / dining room. Equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed + 4 single beds). 2 shower rooms / WC.
Please note: From the kitchens, you can access the barbecue area (this area is closed by two doors to restrict pool access to young children).
Outside: Enclosed garden with trees of approximately 400 m². Good privacy. Private swimming pool of 9 x 4 meters with Roman stairs (access can be protected by 2 gates located on each side of the house). Outdoor shower and deckchairs. Covered terrace in front of each house on the pool side. 1 large terrace at the back fitted out with summer kitchen. Barbecue built. Parking for 2 cars.

> This price does not include: Rental charges: €200 / stay on site in cash (reception, final cleaning, swimming pool maintenance). Deposit: €400 / stay (CB imprint blocked). Tourist taxes: €7 / adult (+16 years) / stay (to be paid on site in cash).
Optional: Baby bed: €30/stay - Baby chair: €30/stay. Bed sheets: €8/person. Towel: €8 / person (one large + 1 small).
