Our spacious accommodations offer a serene environment that promises relaxation and comfort. Featuring a Master Suite complete with a King bed and an en-suite bath, along with two additional guest bedrooms each furnished with King beds, your comfort is paramount. For additional guests, a Queen floor mattress is available to ensure everyone has a restful night's sleep. Ample square footage, large windows that fill the space with natural light, and over-sized balconies or terraces provide stunning views and allow you to enjoy the outdoors right from your accommodations. Our guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

There is ample public transport available near this building, but we also recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the city easily.

Other Things to Note:
The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide surface lot parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. Upon payment for parking, our team will send you specific parking instructions.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur.
