We, as your hosts, live in the granny apartment.

- Double room "Talblick" on the upper floor (bed 1.80 x 2 m) with desk
- Double room "Bachblick" on the upper floor (bed 1.40 x 2 m)
- The Bach- Talblick rooms have a large shared bathroom (2 washbasins / shower / double bathtub)
- Large air-conditioned living-dining room on the ground floor with leather couch / dining table, 65" Smart TV and massive soundbar.
- Fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor
- 25 sqm partially covered Bangkirai terrace with gas barbecue
- Storage room with freezer
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clothes horse in the basement

Markdorf Hepbach is located in the golden triangle between Ravensburg, Friedrichshafen and Meersburg. (The lake is 8 km away). Your vacation apartment is located at the end of a private road in a semi-detached house in a quiet residential area. The location at the foot of the Gehrenberg is a perfect starting point for hikes or exploring the lake by bike.
The Gasthof Linde, with very good home-style cooking, is a 3-minute walk away. The new RegioSchnellBus 700 stops at Gasthof Linde and takes you to Ravensburg, Meersburg or Constance every hour.
So you can easily explore the many well-known sights. We have a large selection of brochures ready for you and will be happy to provide you with insider tips.
Arrival by train: Markdorf (Baden) stop. Then take the bus (line 700 or 7537) to Hepbach (direction Ravensburg). From there it is a 3 minute walk
