Michael and Keke were amazing and helpful. They were so polite and fixed my booking mistake. Thank you both.

Traveled for serious medical emergency so we chose closest place to the hospital. Not your standard hotel. It is geared toward long term renters, didnt know that...Location was perfect for us. Lots of decent food choices close by.
2am arrival after flight delay. Nice staffer called us to check on our pending arrival. Very friendly staff and renters.
Cleanliness definitely substandard, but likely due to staffing issues.

Our experience was PHENOMENAL. From making the reservation to checking in with Kay and having coffee with Mike as we checked out. We were visiting the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Tomoka Farms Rd.traveling from Orlando made staying over a delight. Plus i want to know the scent pumped into the lobby. Oh my

Young lady that checked us in was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. My husband asked to use the restroom while I was doing the check in. When he came back saying it was locked and did she have a key, she jumped down his throat saying she didn't have a key and he could wait until we got the room. She insisted I initial a form agreeing to their fees. I told her the form was blank and asked what fee's I where agreeing to since my room was prepaid through Expedia. She rudely said that if I wanted the room I'd initial the form. Got to the room and it stank. Paint, mold, God only knows what. I called the front desk asking if they had any air refreshener. She said housekeeping could come in a few hours as they were busy cleaning other rooms. I asked to change rooms and she told me to come to the front desk where she rudely handed me another set of keys without even telling me the room number. Second room smelled just as bad. I cracked open the window and made do. I didn't even want to bring my clothes in there. The second night, the room smelled worse like cigarette smell was coming out of the ac. Room appeared to be clean... so I don't know what all the smells were about. Very noisy overnight with dogs constantly barking. The deplorable attitude of the front desk person, I wish I could have gotten her name but, of course no name tag, combined with the smells, etc you lost me as a customer. Do better Woodspring Suites!

Very economical room with a mini kitchen. No utensils or plates provided so make sure to bring your own if you intend to use the kitchen. If you want to get clean towels before two weeks have passed there is a $10.00 charge. No coffee maker in the room but there is an instant coffee machine in the lobby that’s on during the morning. As I said at the beginning, very economical.

Workers were friendly and helpful

When we tried to check in we were told the internet was down and we weren’t able to check in, eventually we were able to check in and the temperature in the hallways and elevator was hot/humid and had a smell. Overall the stay was okay, room was clean I would probably stay again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

love this place. always so clean! staff is always super kind and helpful. the only place i will stay when visiting the daytona/port orange area

The hotel had already billed for a room that wasn't available at arrival which check in time was 3:00p got there a little after 4:00p had to wait for them to clean one,The room was fine bed was horrible, it was a full not a queen bearly enough room for 2, we came to town for a wedding we missed the nuptials and only made it to the reception kind of defeated the purpose of coming.

This is a newer hotel that seems to be catering more to the extended stay crowd vs the vacationers. Room service is provided for a fee. We stayed 8 days and could have gotten a package to have our room done 5 times for a cost of $45. Also, while there is a kitchenette, there is nothing it. They do offer a pots and pan package for like $35 and a dish package for $14.99 but honestly it worked out cheaper for our daily of 4 to just get cheap stuff from Walmart and paper/plastic products.
The gentleman who checked us in (I think he was perhaps a manager) was fabulous!! Also so nice to talk to, held doors open when we needed an extra hand etc. The other ladies were ok but one was just rude. I wish I had names but doesn’t really matter as the above mentioned gentleman more than made up for the others!
The hotel is pet friendly so a little reminder to check the air filters. It was the only thing that I will say was just gross. See pix below. Otherwise all clean and felt very fresh when we checked in.
Maybe the owners would consider splitting the floors into extended stay and vacation/quick visit people and even have two price points..the quick stay to include housekeeping like a normal hotel and maybe basic supplies in the kitchenette. Just an idea.
Overall it was a good stay and the cost was reasonable for the service and room we got.

The hotel is bare essentials, but clean and secure. Our two disappointments were:
1. There was a good deal of noise from the hallway and other adjacent rooms, above, beside and across, that filtered into our room that was loud enough to interrupt sleep
2. The hotel policy of charging $10.00 for additional or to exchange towels will probably insure we never use this property again. I understand policies for extended stay, but if the property is going to accept typical overnight hotel stays, it needs to provide services commensurate with competing properties.
4.2
It was a comfortable and good stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
4.2
Needs sidewalk to go to stores and offer discount on delivery if your disabled butover all.good place
4.2
Kitchen area was appropriate, however, absolutely bare with no supplies. I understand this may help to keep costs down, but should be noted when listing amenities so there are no surprises. Bed was not very comfortable. No ironing supplies, no hair driers, etc. Again, it should be explained up front that since this is primarily an extended stay facility, people would be expected to bring their own things. And, if an extended stay facility, there should at least be a table.
There are also pluses: room was exceptionally clean, decorated nicely and staff is pleasant and helpful. And rates are certainly the lowest in town!!
4.2
You have to pay for towels and wash clothes and you have to pay for pots and pans

Great piece, clean quiet accommodations.

Michael Gilbert quickly resolved a check-in issue - initial room was unexpectedly occupied but he got another room seamlessly

Exactly what we needed. Clean room, easy check in and comfortable beds.

It was a nice place to stay at.

I would stay there again

Two days they fire alarms went off. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything!!! Overall not a good experience. You also had to pay for everything separately …. Towels, cookware etc

When we arrived, the front desk girl was super nice and friendly. We go to our room (about 11:30 pm), it was clean and cool. However, the room next to us had their TV up so loud, we couldn't sleep. We thought maybe they would turn it down since it was so late however, they didn't. I called the desk and the nice girl went and asked they turn it down. I appreciated her efforts and was finally able to go to sleep. Kudos to the front desk girl, sorry I can't remember her name but she was great.

Great clean place

The front deck clerk, Michael was AMAZING!! So friendly and just put me in the best mood with his sweet personality!

There are actual residents living there.
They charge for towels instead of you getting clean ones through your entire stay.

We had a great stay, staff was great and very helpful

It was great! Clean, newer building, up to date, comfortable, perfect for our stay! Also had full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove top. Would stay here again! Impressed

Nothing was provided in the room you had to pay to clean your towels or 10 a day for maid service. No pots, pans or dishes. But they sell them. Walls are thin we heard people next door and about us all week. Couldn't wait to leave so i can get a goodnight sleep. Mold was in shower and on shower curtain. We will never go again
4.2
Paper thin walls - smell in halls - charged $10 for clean towels at front desk
4.2
It was very clean. The staff was helpful. The bottom floor has dishwashers in the room. They have 2 top stove burners. It was quiet outside.
4.2
New condition, spacious, comfortable and quiet are all you could ask for at an amazing price and to have a kitchenette also is a rare find.

Property was great only negative was boiler was down that day we arrived and we couldn't take a bath due to no hot water. It was working following morning.

Staff was nice, said because we booked through 3rd party we weren’t guaranteed a room. Check in took over an hour. I’ve Never had check in be so hard! Had to ask for sheets and make my own bed, had to then ask for towels then had to ask for toilet paper. Room was not clean. On checkout told manager and she did give us a discount.

Clean and great service

I booked this place because it was promoted as pet friendly so when I came to check in the room wasn’t ready which was fine because I was early and they saw me come in with my dog and me and my friend who was also staying in the hotel, we told the person at the front desk that we were going to a wedding in a little bit and if it was OK if I did a late check-in and the person said sure that was fine when I came back downstairs with my dog to take her out before I left for the wedding. We sat there just in case I like 130, and they told us that they still didn’t have a room available so that they would put me down for a check later on and then I shouldn’t worry about it and they saw me leave without my dog and then they called me 20 minutes later and told me that I had to come back to the hotel to take my dog because the dog could not be left unattended so if you promote yourself as a pet friendly Location do you expect the owners to be with their pets at all times? What if there was an emergency and somebody had to go like the hospital? Did you expect the people to take their pet with them? completely unacceptable you guys need to do better promoting yourself ultimately I didn’t even stay at the hotel. I had to take my dog and drive her back an hour and a half home drop her off and then come back an hour and a half to the wedding that I was attending and I missed the first part of the wedding because of the miscommunication that these people gave me.
