This is a clean and convenient hotel right around the block from a subway stop which is key for our NYC visits. We really appreciated the friendly front desk, especially early check in on day one and bag storage on our last day. Area felt very safe and the Gowanas neighborhood was super cute with a couple of close restaurants and shops very close to the hotel.

Tiny room, big price in an ok area, near subway, on edge of interesting areas. Toilet was substandard with a toilet seat that did not cover rim (really not cool) and broken flush handle. Good breakfast and nice vibe.

Room was exactly what we wanted. We didn’t need anything fancy because we were out most of the time. Clean and comfortable. The snacks in the lobby could have been healthier.

Refused extra pillows saying they didn’t have extra. I used to work in a hotel. I know this to be untrue . Also not offered any perks as a Hilton Honors member

Stay because we didn't want to drive from NYC to Philadelphia at night with our son. He was greeted nicely by the desk attendant. The TV had my name on it. And our son love the lounge area. He wants to come back and I agree.

Very reasonably priced. Room was comfortable and quiet. There was a large common room where those a pool table ample seating, tvs, computer, breakfast. Lots of choices for breakfast—usual breakfast bare fare.

The one negative is that it was very loud. Doors slamming all throughout the night. We were near an exit so I think that’s what all the noise was from. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are nice and bigger than I expected. Breakfast is usual hotel breakfast but very much appreciated. The staff were very kind. We were only here for a short period of time and only saw the surrounding neighborhood in the dark but it seemed really cute and nice. I would stay here again.

The property was new and fresh. Good location and neighborhood was nice.
The bed frame was very squeaky when turning over at night. That was not what we expected for a new property.
We picked this reservation because of the free breakfast.
Saturday morning the kitchen staff never showed up. So we and some guest walked to Starbucks. Not good!!

Super efficient layout for a small contemporary room design. Excellent front desk staff.
Delightful breakfast area with large screen tv. Cubicles for independent work areas with tables, powered bar work area as well as multiple comfy couch & loveseats. Also a pool table & fun playful artwork across one wall. Hip uplifting sayings on the door when you enter try.
Hot breakfast every day - eggs, potatoes sausage or bacon & pancakes Standard continental oatmeal, yogurt, cereals, etc
Conveniently located -easy access to Park Slope Prospect Park & Barclays Center. Easy access to N&R lines. Just a few stops to Barclays Center / Atlantic for many subways to Manhattan!
Go for it!

Basic hotel stay. Good for quick overnight stay. Strict rules around keeping food out after breakfast hours that seemed silly. Employees were all v nice and respectful and helpful. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC.

The hotel was super clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. We were planning on dropping off our luggage at 10 am in the luggage room, but they had a room available and we were able to check in early which was very helpful. Decor was new and tasteful. I really enjoyed the hotel it's self. The surrounding are was somewhat dirty, not right in front of the hotel but down the street, but once you went one block down it was cleaner and I felt safer. I did feel very safe at the hotel.

very nice hotel with great amenities

The hotel itself was decent. The room was clean and tidy but very small, which I think is typical for NYC. I was happy to have a little fridge. The faucet on the sink didn't work quite well, with water pressure being variable depending on the setting. The walls are very thin and I had some noisy neighbours, which was a bit unpleasant but not unusual for hotels. The neighbourhood was lower class with a fair bit of litter on the streets, although I didn't feel unsafe. I wasn't pleased to see the 5G towers on the building across the street. I'm very sensitive to EMF. It was, however, very close to the subway station, which was very helpful and convenient. I didn't check out the amenities, e.g., breakfast, so can't speak to that. The staff were friendly and down to earth. I'd consider staying there again.

It was under our expectation!
The area around was noisy and dirty and the hotel’s room and lobby was too small but at least it was a clean and neat hotel I cannot say otherwise.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was very convenient to use the subway due to proximity. I enjoyed the interior & the lounge room. The staff were also very helpful & friendly. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Brooklyn.

Checked in and wanted to take a shower, the bathroom door doesn't close, which means, my kids did enter to disrupt my privacy. The bathroom vent doesn't work. the door doesn't close. Went to reception that evening to request a change of room, I was told rooms were filled up. Receptionist took note of info, and informed that the repairman was coming the next day to fix it. Day 2, no repairman, day 3 no repairman, went back down to the receptionist to inform them, they did the same thing as before, took a note down and said the repairman will come the next day.
Not sure why this property thinks that they can treat guest with the worst form of hospitality, while taking their money, it's almost the same as daylight robbery. My payment should be refunded, I had to check out, as this is not acceptable. The property charged my card, Expedia charged my card. 2 different charges. I talked to the receptionist to complain, they said well that's how the business works. What a joke of a property and a joke of a service

Pros--Trendy decor, clean facility, free breakfast, convenient location
Cons--The first room they assigned me had not been cleaned. It actually looked like someone was still staying in there. However, the immediately apologized and assigned me to a different, clean room. The rooms are small with just the basics.

It was very convenient to transportation, very convenient to many lovely restaurants in the Park Slope neighborhood. The street where it was located was, in fact, quite safe though it looked a little sketchy. We stayed three nights and there was no refresh of our room. Front desk was friendly
