Quiet and peaceful and just 5 km from the city center, the rural and natural environment is preserved with an unobstructed view of the Chaine des Puys (UNESCO listed). The estate is classified as a refuge by the LPO for protection and observation birds. Terraced house with another gîte. On the ground floor: living room with wood stove, kitchen / dining room with insert and access to the south-facing terrace. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed (or 2 80 cm beds), 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 single bed, shower room / wc. Large adjoining unfenced land with terrace ideal for dining outside. Heating thanks to a wood stove and a fireplace (free wood) and electric heating according to consumption (around 50 € per week in winter). Non-smoking gîte. Ideal spot to discover the Auvergne, hiking trail, mountain bike circuits, equestrian tourism, swimming in the outdoor activities center of Iloa and Saint Remy lake at 15 min. Shops ans activities in Thiers: Coutellia art knife festival, Pamparina, visit of the medieval city, the Manufactures' Valley, cutelry museum, centre of contemporary art...Access by motorway Thiers East and West at 15 min.
