About this cabin rental
Cozy cabin right on river, with access to the shared pool and hot tub. The grounds include numerous walking trails and is conveniently located three miles from downtown Blue Ridge. In addition to the sleeping loft, there is a full bed in the screened sleeping nook (not heated). Two full baths are provided (one in the sleeping loft and one off the main outdoor area). Both an inside and outside kitchen provided, with stainless gas grill under cover. Pond at the rear is provides nice ambiance.
Pets are not allowed unless individually approved.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BRINGING MY DOG?
Current rabies tag.
Current flea medication such as Frontline, Advantage, etc.
Totally comfortable in a strange environment by itself, or crated when alone.
Non-barking, except briefly when excited (do NOT leave a barking dog alone).
If aggressive at all, dog must be leashed at all times.
Will not scratch/chew doors, floors, and furniture.
Owner agrees to THOROUGHLY clean the dog after river swimming prior to entering cabin.
Owner agrees to clean up all pet waste and be responsible for all damage.
Owner agrees to pay a fee of $25 per night per pet, plus tax (longer term discounts may apply).
You'll have full access to the cabin and grounds with shared access to the pool, hot tub, trails and riverside meadow. This cabin is only suitable for guests with no mobility issues, as there are several steps up to the cabin from the parking area, and access to the sleeping loft is via a stair/ladder. Please see photos.
We live nearby and can help with anything you might need.
Secluded but close to downtown Blue Ridge. There is one other cabin along the river about 75 feet away.
Located in the heart of the Chattahoochee National Forest, multiple outdoor rafting, kayaking, and hiking options are but a few of the things to do.
FIREWOOD. 17 acres of downed and dead wood is provided. Feel free to bring your axe and saw and use caution.
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin
Quiet Hours are 10 PM-7 AM
ALL PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED.
