The accommodation is composed as follows:

- Bedroom 1: a master bedroom with terrace access and a king-size bed (180×200), a bathroom with bathtub and WC

- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with double basins, shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) with owners and tenants exclusively. Open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. unsupervised.
- A beautiful 700 m² garden + 120 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Petanque/tennis court
The house is ideally located in Aups, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. Maximum 3 cars 2 on the property and 1 in front of the garage gate. There is also free public parking in the village around the square.

- Nearest train station: Draguignan station 35 minutes away, MARSEILLE TGV station 1h30.
- Nearest airport: Marseille airport 1h30.

- Quiet, private estate run by a couple who live in the grounds all year round.
