From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we had a fabulous holiday. The house was everything we needed. I've never stayed in a holiday rental with such a well equipped kitchen. The secure back garden was excellent for both the dogs and grandchildren. So close to the beach and restaurants etc. Would definitely think about staying here again if we needed accommodation for 8 people,

Visited with 5 grandchildren (4 to 17). We had a great week. Plenty of safe space. Close to beaches and village. Lovely.

Ty Heulwen is a lovely holiday home in a brilliant location, so close to Rhosneigr’s beaches. The house is very spacious and comfortable. It is also very well equipped with everything you would expect in a kitchen. We had a very relaxing time in the house. My slight criticism is they should really specify that a lot of the bedding contains feathers. I am allergic to feathers, so we had to swap the bedding around. Normally accommodation specify when bedding contains feathers. Fortunately this didn’t impact on our stay and we had a lovely holiday.

Ideal accommodation for our family, spacious and comfortable, close to beach and amenities. Would definitely return in the future.

Although we had a dog with us, Luna is not allowed upstairs or on furniture. Disappointingly it was obvious that the previous occupants had let their dog/s have free run of the house.
Due to this, the cleaner was still cleaning the house when we arrived at 4pm check-in.
The house is in a prime location, handy for beach and restsurants, family had a fantastic week and the weather was kind to us too.
I would say the house is looking a bit tired, but didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay.

House in good location, few minutes to High Street and beaches, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Nice to sit in conservatory and watch our two dogs chase around the large garden - our girls had a great time on their holiday! Dogs allowed in Sandy Mount Hotel bar area and we had a lovely meal there. Aydin's sells wonderful pizzas! Had nice weather during our week and we had some lovely trips out. Coming back to Rhosneigr in September and staying in a different house as there will be more of us, but would book Ty Heulwen again as we all enjoyed our stay.

Well appointed property with plenty of space. Large garden with easy access to the beach and village just a few minutes walk via a path at the bottom of the garden.. Sunhouse is a great spot for a cold beer as the sun starts to go down.

We've stayed in many properties on the Island but this one we will be returning. The layout is brilliant especially for us with dogs. We used the utility door all the time as we could come in and let the dogs through to the garden from the garage. They could then come in and out at leisure without entering the rest of the house. It was a very welcoming and comfy house for our 2 families with everything needed to self cater all week. Easy access to beaches both ways and to shops. Looking forward to next time.

Had a great 4 day break here the house was a good size but was lacking a few cosy comforts and appeared quite dated in parts. The whole of the kitchen diner/ conservatory was really lovely, we spent most of our time in there as we found the lounge was really dated and the blinds in there need replacing, the lounge Tv is not a Smart TV only the little tv in the kitchen snug is Smart. It could do with some rugs / mats in the kitchen diner conservatory as we felt all the painted floorboards were a bit too cold and there are no blinds or curtains up at any of the windows in the conservatory and kitchen/diner so felt a bit uneasy at night as the large garden overlooks the kitchen/diner. In summary, it is a really large property and the location is excellent, I really loved the huge back garden it was perfect for our Dog to run around in. Overall the house is good value for money if you have a large family, I would return again if the owners sort the blinds out and purchase a few rugs for the kitchen, dining room, hallway.

Location was brilliant, just a short walk from both beaches and high street. A good sized garden, well equipped home and comfortable beds.
We had a small boiler problem on arrival which was fixed by Anglesey letting immediately.

The bungalow is deceptively spacious, location is perfect - walk through the garden gate and 30 seconds you’re on the beach, beautiful.
We really struggled with the patio door lock in the conservatory and back door, this needs looking at.
There’s no radiator in the upstairs double bedroom so this was cold. Fortunately, as there were only 4 of us, we could swap bedrooms.

We took our two dogs to Rhosneigr and chose this property for the proximity to the beach. It is just 2 minutes from the back gate, which was perfect.
The house was comfortable and as it was painted floorboards we had no fear of any doggie accidents.
Garden was nice and big. We saw a few gaps in the fences, but they never tried to escape.
The separate utility was brilliant for cleaning the dogs. Key in the drawer.
The cottage was warm and heating worked well.
We only used the king size bedroom downstairs. We didn't use the upstairs rooms at all.
Overall a great week walking on the beach despite some rubbish weather.
Managed to get coffee and cake from the village which helped improve our moods.

The house was great for a multiple generation winter break! Well equipped, comfortable and great location!
Smart TV in the front room would be an improvement but overall fantastic house, great garden and games room! Would definitely stay again.
