The lower level living, dining, and kitchen areas provide Atlantic Ocean views from many angles so your beachside locale is apparent any time you peek outside. Enjoy this home’s uncomplicated style while you unwind and slow down to our island time. Both the master suite on the upper level as well as the second bedroom offer more seascape scenery for your viewing pleasure. The loft bed is a great addition for an older child, teen, or adult in your group and offers a street side view of the area and Serenity Point’s pond. Sit on the street side porch to enjoy sunsets to the west or welcome the sunrise to the east from your ocean side porch. The home is just two units away from the community access to the beach and just down the street from the community pool.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer
2 cable (digital service) TVs with HD programming, 2 DVD players, VCR in master bedroom, CD player/radio in both bedrooms, and CD player/radio in living area.
Unlimited local and long distance phone calls within the U.S.
Wireless high speed internet access
Covered porches and open decks with furniture
Community beach access located between 2109B & 2111A Ocean Blvd
Community pool privileges for house occupants only (pool typically open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day).
Enclosed outside shower with hot water
Grilling allowed - must be at least 10 ft. from the building. No grill provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking or vaping allowed in house at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
