Next to a bathroom with shower and toilet, you have a bright living room with equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), dining table and a comfortable lounge area. And to enjoy the sunny days, sit on the charming terrace!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs.
The neighborhood
The area is lively thanks to the pedestrian streets with shops, bars and restaurants. It is located right next to the Opera. Nearby, you will also find the Sauvenière cinema, a sports hall and the Cité Miroir, an exhibition hall.
We can say that you won't want for anything since, in addition to the small local shops, you are only a few hundred meters from two supermarkets (Delhaize and Carrefour Express).
Transportation
The accommodation is accessible:
by bus: the closest stops are located at Place Saint-Lambert
by train: there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is Guillemins.
by car: as it is located in a pedestrian zone, prefer the car parks: Opéra, Neujean, Sauvenière.
