We are nestled in the picturesque red rocks of Southern Utah. Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, pool with a water slide, 2 hot tubs, a splash pad, and 2 pickle ball courts. We are centrally located between all the attractions Southern Utah has to offer.
When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.
Feeling adventurous? Book an organized side-by-side tour through the red rocks and sand dunes at Sand Hollow.

You will have total privacy and access to the entire home during your stay. We are available through Airbnb messaging.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 story water slide, a splash pad, two hot tubs, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis.
LIVING: Private patio with fire table, smart TV, ceiling fans, 2 living room, 2 laundry rooms (1 ground floor and 1 upstairs)
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker (ground coffee, creamer and sweetener provided), microwave, 2-slice toaster, electric pressure cooker, Ninja blender, kettle, electric hand mixer, electric griddle, small electric grill, waffle iron, dishware/flatware, pots, pans, ovenware, and basic cooking essentials
GENERAL: Free Fiber WiFi, 2 washer/dryer, towels/linens/pool towels, hair dryers, iron/small ironing board, central A/C & heating, complimentary toiletries, trash bags/paper towels, 3 pack-n-play, 2 high chairs, 1 infant swing, 1 pinball machine, and an extensive board game collection.
BEDROOMS: smart tv in each bedroom, ceiling fans, private en-suite bathroom, walk-in-closet, 3 king suites with workstation in each
OUTDOORS: outdoor conversation fire table that seats 6 with desert ravine view, and gas grill
SUITABILITY: The ground floor king suite offers a wheelchair accessible bathroom, the doorways are wide, there is no step into the shower and toilet closet is wide with assistance rails (see photos). Stairs required for access to bedrooms/bathrooms 3, 4, 5, and loft.
PARKING:
-Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles) EV charging offered in garage 220 outlet (no cords provided).
-Ample neighborhood visitor spaces and RV/boat parking available (first come, first-served basis)
PLEASE NOTE:
Reservation requests with pets cannot be accommodated at this property.
There is a ring video doorbell at the front door. There is no video surveillance equipment inside the home.
