About this house rental
This beautiful five-bedroom, three-bath home is located in the heart of Fripp Island. It is a third-row location to the beach but only steps away from the beach access. This allows you to easily move the whole family from the house to the beach in minutes. With a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, and five parking spaces, this home is the perfect spot for your next stay on Fripp.
Your rental includes a four-seat golf cart (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.
Guest Cards Included:
Up to 16 guest cards, worth up to $800, are also included in your rental. These cards are required to access all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, a fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours are adjusted seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay, including groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure with two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, six pickleball courts, eight tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and home to many whitetail deer and other unique wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
