Beautiful Brand New remodeled 2 bedroom home ! Professional and extensive cleaning and linen service after every single stay. Perfect ocean views from the living room/ Master bedroom kitchen and dining room. Just a short walk to world famous beaches, either north or south to Grandview or beacons. Enjoy the brand New Outdoor Spa, Indoor/outdoor living with a beautiful court yard. Everything is walk able from the beach to restaurants:) Come enjoy this Beautiful home!

10 min walk to the beach, bars and local restaurants. Neptune Ave is one of the most magnificent areas in all of Encinitas. The street is very quiet and friendly. With close beach access points to the north or south, take the short walk and enjoy the sand. You can’t beat this beach location — walk and bike to all Leucadia and Encinitas have to offer, Some of our favorite places along the historic 101 Highway: Le Papagayo, Regal Seagull, The Pannikin, Solterra, Lofty Coffee, Pandora Pizza, Leucadia Donuts and Fish 101. Encinitas is one of the last true surf towns in Southern California that enjoys a mix of classic surf shops, local taco stands and modern, upscale restaurants. Walk and bike along Neptune Avenue to local beaches such as Grandview, Beacon Beach, Stone Steps and Moonlight State BeachCome Visit Beach Wolf Restaurant at the World Famous Moonlight Beach. You will find yourself wanting to walk everywhere to all the local hotspots that Encinitas has to offer. Famous Neptune Ave is great for the evening stroll and enjoying the breath taking sunsets. Please no sand in the home. Please do not stain our bed sheets or bath towels. If you can please bring the trash cans to the street Sunday evening that would be great.Come Visit Beach Wolf Restaurant at the World Famous Moonlight Beach. Grab a bite to eat from killer Breakfast Sandwiches to coal fire roasted carnitas and Barbacoa Tacos. Rent surfboards to Boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas.

Windows don’t close and tub faucet is broken. Missing lightbulbs. Furniture is stained. The house has not been uodated. The most minimal kitchen gear and the dish rack is rusty. No lamps on the nightstands. You need to buy a duraflame for the fireplace. Hot tub is missing cushions. The tree in the atrium is dead. No BBQ. Great location. Ocean view.
