We had a great time here! Everything about the property was awesome. It accommodated all of us comfortably, and it was a comfortable place to be.
We are already planning our next trip to St. George!
The communication with the property manager could have been a little more prompt, but we understand it was a busy weekend in St. George and we know we weren't your only booking so we understand.

We loved our stay, the house had plenty of room and fun things for our teens to do. The only drawback, was the hot tub in the side when we arrived it was ice cold and it took us a day to warm it up, then it looked dirty, so we didn’t end up using it. So we just used community pool and hot tub which were very nice. But other than that is was a perfect stay.

Very nice property. Lots of room and privacy. I would strongly recommend a door between the master bedroom and bathroom

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen has some “extras” that were helpful… staples like sugar, flour, non-stick spray, plastic wrap. Lightweight blankets for couch snuggling was so nice. Overall a positive experience!

It was just what we needed. In the middle of everything. Loved having the pool towels. It was clean and spacious. Lots of games and laughter had. Plan on returning.

This is the only way to travel. We stay with Escape St. George every time we come. We can mountain bike from the house. Many of these have similar floor plans so they feel familiar each time. They are always nice and clean.

Cons:
The house was not clean (garbage left behind the beds), dishes were not the cleanest in the kitchen.
The propane tank was empty, we could not prepare the food we brought for dinner. When we called Escape Properties on their servicing line - the lady was quite rude and unwilling to help. So glad we used VRBO - that was the only way we were able to reach out to the property manager directly. (not something you want to do on your vacation).
On Memorial Day - we wanted to enjoy the pool all day, however in the middle of the day the maintenance came and added lots of fresh Clorox to the pool and then told us we were okay to swim again. Who wants to swim in fresh clorox?? especially with small children. They could have waited until the next day.
Pros: jacuzzi, beautiful home with lots of sleeping space, great instructions

Perfect place to stay with multi-generations for family reunion. The bunkbed room was a game changer with double size mattresses on top and bottom. Board games, foosball and ping pong were a hit! Definitely would stay again.

This was a great place for our family to stay. The bedrooms and beds are comfortable and very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat with. The jacuzzi was very fun in the back yard and the barbecue worked well for hamburgers one night. The neighborhood pool is close.

This was such a great home in which to stay! We felt very comfortable and the property managers had thought of just about everything we could have needed during our stay. There was so much room to spread out into, we really felt like we were at home. The two laundry rooms make it easy to dry towels and clothing after swimming and the kitchen is stocked with about everything you can think of, so you can cook dinner for your family. The hot tub and patio are well kept and the pool is very close by. We will definitely book this property again.

This home exceeded our expectations! It was clean, spacious, and very well stocked with toiletries and cooking essentials. There were so many TVs that we didn’t have a single argument over who got to pick the movie/show to watch. Our toddler appreciated the toys and our older kids loved the foosball table. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We had an excellent time!

Our stay was amazing. House was extremely clean. Kids had a great time with the hot tub especially during the little snow storm we had on of the night. The house is stocked with all items needed.

Close to freeway, food, and fuel. Just far enough away from St. George to avoid all the congestion.
