We chose this place to be away from the crowds and a little less expensive. It was about a 30 minute drive to Zion. Easy check in check out. It was a quiet clean nice neighborhood Kenneth our host was very easy to communicate with. Comfortable bed clean inside. We enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was a nice extra. we didn’t mind the drive. If you don’t mind being out a bit hurricane was a nice area.

Comfy and very clean, close to all the fun. We can't wait to go back.
Things that are highly recommend:
Can Am guided tour. We rented right on the Reservoir. I believe it would be the south side. We found the BEST Philly steak sandwich in the same spot. Chuck's Fat Philly's. We ordered 2 sandwiches and enjoyed with our feet in the water. Pic nic tables are right on the shore.
Honestly I don't even like Philly stake sandwiches but this guy takes it to a whole new level in a healthier delicious way. Cherry Hill Fruit stand is a must. It doesn't matter what you buy from this sweet gentleman...it's fresh, and right off the local farm!!

Small clean and quiet place to stay - just a kitchenette, but I was prepared for that.

Great location to Sand Hollow and Sand Mountain as well as the National Parks

We did not realize that it t was a portion of a larger home. This was concerning at first as we were traveling with an adult child with severe autism. Worked out good. There wasn’t a way to prepare hot meals, but had everything else (washed, dryer, mini fridge, coffee maker. So we were able to manage fine. Beautiful view from the hot tub! Very peaceful and calm neighborhood. Space truly felt separate from the rest of the house.

We had a great experience here. As a family of four with two tall teenage sons, and we were comfortable in the space. Ken, the owner even gave us air mattresses in case they would be better suited for tall boys. We enjoy the hot tub and the close proximity to the places we wanted to visit. We would recommend this to friends traveling in the area.

We were going to an event at sand hollow state park and this was the perfect location. The kitchen is just a microwave and small fridge but that worked well for us since we planned to eat most meals out.

The property lived up to expectations. Small, comfortable, perfect for a little home base to sleep at/decompress while experiencing Utah. The Hot tub was a nice little additive too! Host was awesome and super kind!

A great place for my wife and I to stay with close, atv access to Sand Hollow reservoir, a quiet neighborhood, sand dunes for riding atv and a close community park with Pickle Ball courts, splash pad and picnic areas. The hosts were wonderful, greeted us on arrival, ensured we had off-street parking for our atv and trailer and are just, good, kind people. Private hot tub was perfect.
Great place to stay as a couple.
