IMPORTANT TO NOTE
-> The apartment is located over the garage of the house and hosts up to 4 people.
-> Guests who rent the apartment have access to their balcony and the backyard of the land (not facing the view). The main yard in front is reserved for the main house or for those who rent the entire property.
-> We suggest you bring a portable Bluetooth speaker, as there are none on site.
-> Please be advised that there is no central AC, we provide fans for guests' comfort.
You have access the outdoor parking and the backyard of the land (not facing the view).
We offer guests their privacy but remain available if any needs arise.
The property is new on the market so we appreciate your understanding for our first few months of rental :)
A note for prospective guests: As our home is a slightly older chalet built in a traditional style, the sound-proofing is not the same as you would find in new-build homes. We advise our guests to be conscientious of other members of their group who may be sleeping when walking around the apartment.
