The Vandy by Boutiq is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Naples Park to the north of Naples proper. The property is located just 35 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and 24 minutes from Naples Airport. Navigating up and down Florida's gulf coast is a breeze due to the home's proximity to the highway!

The property is within walking distance to the upscale and vibrant Mercato shopping district, Whole Foods Market, and the Waterside Shops. Restaurants in that area include The Capital Grille, Blue Martini Lounge, Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.

You can enjoy beach access as well as incredible nature preserves like the Barefoot Beach County Preserve. Nearby, Vanderbilt Beach Park is a popular North Naples beach that has gorgeous powdery white sand and refreshing onshore breeze to keep you cool in summer, and there are excellent bird watching opportunities in the migratory winter months.

Boutiq provides guests staying at The Vandy with a check-in code on the morning of their reservation. This code will be programmed to the home's front door, and will be active throughout your reservation. The code to the garage will also be provided during your stay if you wish to access the property in that manner.

Bedrooms:
This thoughtfully designed home boasts 4 bedrooms, each exuding great style. The primary suite on the main floor offers convenient access to the backyard, merging indoor and outdoor living. The attached ensuite bathroom is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring a dual vanity sink and tasteful decor. The centerpiece of relaxation is a wood-paneled shower, adding a touch of natural sophistication to this indulgent space. A second bedroom graces the main floor featuring its own ensuite bathroom. Ascending to the second floor reveals two additional bedrooms: one designed with two bunk beds and a private restroom. The second upstairs bedroom opens to a balcony, offering a charming outdoor escape. Each room is spacious, ensuring a comfortable living environment.

Boutiq strongly encourages renting a vehicle for any stay in Naples, FL, and ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are also available.

Pool heating is $50 per day, for the duration of your stay or a 7-day minimum. There is no hot tub. Pool heating requests and payments must be received 48 hours before check-in. The pool will be heated to a temperature of 85 degrees.

In the coldest winter months, heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures down to the 30s and 40s for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, it is not possible for the pool heater to consistently keep the water temperature at 85 degrees. Please note that cold weather does not constitute a mechanical failure and refunds will not be given if the pool cannot maintain its temperature during cold weather conditions.
