Entering the home, you'll be greeted by an open concept living and dining area, complete with large windows that offer stunning views of the lagoon. The interior of the home has been beautifully updated with modern finishes and features, making it the perfect blend of style and comfort. The kitchen
The first floor offers a state of the art kitchen which features state-of-the-art appliances, including 2 refrigerators & 2 washer & dryers, and ample counter space, making it the perfect spot to whip up delicious meals while enjoying the breathtaking views. The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating, large smart TV, a fireplace, and large windows to enjoy the amazing views.
Want to host a game night or movie marathon? Continuing on the first floor, you'll find the unique bunk and game room that is perfect for entertaining family and friends. With 3 custom built full/full bunkbeds, a air hockey table, foosball table, large connect 4, large TV & plenty of seating, you'll have everything you need to keep everyone entertained for hours on end.
Heading to the second floor, you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms set up for maximum comfort & luxury, each featuring it's own en suite bathroom & Smart TV.

The lagoon front location offers stunning water views and private dock access to the lagoon, making it the perfect spot for boating, fishing, and water sports. Enjoy deep water access to St. Andrews Bay, Shell Island and the Gulf of Mexico with 69 feet of water frontage just minutes from the bridge.
