Introducing Paradise Found, an exquisite custom-built private home offering 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a heated swimming pool. Nestled just 0.2 miles from pristine white sandy beaches, this home is a haven of luxury. Impeccably decorated, it boasts 9' wall heights, vaulted ceilings, and plank flooring throughout. The kitchen is a culinary delight with custom-built cabinets, upgraded granite tops, stainless steel appliances, a four-stool island, and an eight-seat dining table. Ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs adorn every room, with a grand 72” flat screen TV in the main living area alongside a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers opulence with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Its ensuite bathroom showcases a quartz-top vanity with double sinks, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, and a river rock bottom. The first guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV, while the second guest bedroom offers two single beds with under-bed storage, a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The guest bathroom boasts a quartz-top vanity with storage and a tastefully tiled combination tub/shower. Outside, revel in the delightfully paved pool area, complete with a heated pool and swim-up ledge. Patio furniture, a grill, and an outdoor shower enhance your relaxation. The fenced rear yard ensures both pool safety and privacy, completing the perfect retreat.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again.
