This beachfront abode is nestled along Florida's Gulf Coast on St. George Island and is the direct neighbor to the 1,962-acre St. George Island State Park. The park was voted the #1 beach in America in 2023 and offers a serene getaway with its pristine beaches, nature trails, and birdwatching. The home includes a private boardwalk that connects directly to the beach. Start your day with a stroll along the sandy shores, collecting seashells, or enjoying water sports like fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Explore the iconic St. George Lighthouse and climb to the top for panoramic views of the coastline. Indulge in fresh seafood at local eateries and savor the coastal flavors.
The first floor of this Gulf-view retreat boasts a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one, making it perfect for hosting and entertaining. Spread out comfortably on the large sofa and stream a thrilling movie or show on the large smart TV. This is a wonderful spot to lounge after a sun-filled day at the beach or a refreshing splash in the community pool. The large and gorgeous dining table offers a splendid place to dine with the family and enjoy the seemingly endless Gulf views. The space wouldn't be complete without the chef's kitchen - a cooking paradise! Discover all the stainless steel appliances which include double ovens, a commercial cooktop, a built-in microwave drawer, a dishwasher, an under-counter icemaker, and a custom-made plaster vent hood. This level also has a bedroom on the north side with impressive bay and Gulf views. An elevator inside the home will take you up and down, making it easier to move around the house. The top floor houses the Gulf-front main suite, a bunk bedroom with loft beds, two additional guest bedrooms, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge that has an ice maker. Additional perks include two decks overlooking the Gulf, two decks overlooking the bay, a soaking tub, two wet bars, a washer/dryer, a propane grill, and a screened-in game room with TV, a Ping-Pong table, and a ring toss. There is a lower-level outdoor bathroom for you to use when coming from the beach that includes a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a commercial icemaker on the lower level to keep your coolers full.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

This house is pretty spectacular and has everything you could ever want/need and more. You really can’t beat the location if you are looking for plenty of beach space.

This home is awesome! Beautiful quiet almost private beach, covered with beautiful sea shells, location is perfect and being at the end of the row with park beyond brings very few fellow beachgoers so a nice nearly private beach. Kitchen perfectly stocked and having several refrigerators and ice makers is a definite plus! The little Piggly Wiggly express market had everything you need to prep meals, the meat counter provides a variety of fresh meats as well. The nearby eateries were very busy, and the pizza spot took their phone off the hook because they could not handle the volume of orders. Best to try making reservations, or opt to cook at home in the well stocked kitchen. We had a fabulous family vacation and hope to visit Lil' Nauti again soon! Shout out to El Jalisco, welcoming staff, great food and drinks, and affordable!

Absolutely loved this house! The amenities were top notch and the location was amazing.
Pros:
- The house is at the end of the development which means one side of the beach is relatively empty.
- Multiple refrigerators/ice machines! Large commercial ice machine for your cooler on the ground floor (don't have to lug the cooler up and down), kitchen refrigerator, bar ice machine, and top floor mini fridge.
- Thoughtfully stocked kitchen (it wasn't just a bunch of random knick-knacks people have left behind)
- Outdoor grill
- Outdoor shower
- Ground floor bathroom. I was able send my young child by themselves to use the bathroom.
- Ping Pong table
- There's even an elevator, though we didn't really use it.
Cons - Minor quibbles that would not stop me from returning.
- There are other rentals units not directly on the beach. The access path was right next to the house. Several mornings we ended up with people camped right in front of house. This required us to move further down the beach with our gear in tow. Not a deal breaker but you will want to stake your spot early in the morning.
- The beach was very shallow when we went in mid June. The dry sand area between the house and the water was only about 20'. I would have preferred some more beachfront to stretch out on. People with beach gear passed very close, occasionally kicking up sand.

Let me tell you all the good stuff - To start, booking was super easy. Communication from Vacasa was great from beginning to end - confirmation, booking details, check-in texts, and they quickly responded to a doorbell issue when we arrived. The community is about 4 miles from the center of SGI - grocery, restaurants, etc. It is gated and has a great pool area. There is a tennis court with pickle ball lines and basketball goal directly across from the house. The house is the last house before the park. Great view of the bay from the front balconies and the beach is right off of the back balconies. On the ground floor, there is ample parking, the extra refrigerator and commercial ice machine (in closet off screened in porch) came in handy, and the bathroom, shower, and wash station on the back deck were fantastic. The highlight of the first floor is kitchen for sure - great cookware, plenty of dishes and utensils, and spices and oils available - this is not typical of a rental unit. Last but not least, the bedrooms upstairs. They were all comfortable and had connecting bathrooms with the exception of the bunk room. The master bath and balcony are incredible! The beach is not crowded and this is the last house before the state park. There won't be anyone on the beach to your left for at least half a mile.
One comment and one disclosure - (1) Comment - the bunks are great, but they are really high off of the ground. There is a ladder which you climb up through a cut out in the bunk floor then that opens up to a twin and full bed. My 8 and 9 year old boys loved it, but this could be an issue with smaller kids. (2) Disclosure - we did not use the elevator, did not even try.
This house is fantastic all the way around. I hope we get a chance to visit again soon!

This is an amazing home on a great lot. The amenities are plentiful and had more than we could have expected. It had something for everyone and is the last lot on the island before the state park so it is not as populated which was a major plus. Will definitely be coming back.

The house is newly built so it’s super clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The water views off the front AND back of the house are remarkable. The kitchen is beautiful, open and definitely meant to be a place to gather large groups for meals. Plenty of seating at the table, island and the 8-seater on the porch. The master bedroom, of course looks over the gulf. The private balcony is amazing. The master bath has a huge window looking out to the gulf as well. Didn’t seem like a big deal to me until we got there. Really, a soaking tube over looking the gulf???? Luxury at its finest!! Lastly, it’s the last house on the island so you have a LOT of quiet, private beach space! I highly recommend this house!
