The Space:
These incredible 6 (Six) apartments offers each 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed and another with a Double Bed, and a very comfy Sofa Bed in the living room. Splendid and modern fully equipped Kitchens including fridge, microwave, toaster, hob, electric kettle and coffee maker in each of these units. The apartments are also equipped each with air conditioning in every room, LED TV, free access to Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer free of charge in the building, iron and ironing board.

The building is located in the heart of Tel Aviv, with a unique and rare piece of architecture that was originally built in 1937. The building was renewed in 2017, preserving its original historical architecture lines, becoming one of the most beautiful and impressive in the area. A few steps from the famous Dizengoff square and a few minutes walk to Tel Aviv beaches.

The Neighborhood:
This is the ultimate Tel Aviv experience - in the real center of Tel Aviv. Restaurants and cafés, bars, clubs and shopping, all within a few minutes walk. Also, the residential vibe creates a friendly neighborhood that has a more peaceful ambience than neighboring districts.

By far the main attractions are the beaches! The closest beach is only a five-minute walk down Frishman Street, head straight there to enjoy the sun, sand and fantastic facilities. Tel Aviv has great sun most of the year.

One of the best recommended place to visit in the City Center is Park Hayarkon, is the largest park in the city and the perfect getaway from the bustling city crowds.

1. If you need a parking space, please notice that it is subject to a pre-order and payment per day.

2. For the safety of our guests, we hold 7 visible activated surveillance cameras in public areas only.

3. Shown prices don't include 17% VAT (Value Added Tax) which apply only to Israeli citizens according to Israeli tax laws. If the booker is an Israeli citizen, the VAT will be added to the reservation amount using a special offer after the reservation is confirmed. Other tourists will be asked to scan and send a copy of their passport and the border control ticket (tourist visa) which is received at the airport.

4. Holding a gathering, partying, playing music at a high level or an event that has not been approved in advance, constitutes a serious violation of the rules of the house and will result in the payment of an exceptional fine up to 1,000 USD for direct and indirect damages incurred.

5. Pets are not allowed.
