The Space:
These two (2) incredible Studio Apartments can host comfortably up to 8 people and are ideal for a large group of travelers. Each single unit will have one (1) Double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the spacious and gorgeous living area. In a recently renovated building, these apartments offer spacious bathrooms with great water pressure and modern kitchens with all appliances (gas stove top, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle). Each unit is also equipped with air conditioning in every room, LED TV, free Wi-Fi access, washing machine in the building, iron and ironing board.

Guest Access:
Full access to both apartments and their amenities, everything is private except for the washer and dryer machines that are common for all the apartments in the building.

The Neighborhood:
This is the ultimate Tel Aviv experience - in the real center of Tel Aviv. Restaurants and cafés, bars, clubs and shopping, all within a few minutes walk. Also, the residential vibe creates a friendly neighborhood that has a more peaceful ambience than neighboring districts.

By far the main attractions are the beaches! The closest beach is only a five-minute walk down Frishman Street, head straight there to enjoy the sun, sand and fantastic facilities. Tel Aviv has great sun most of the year.

One of the best recommended place to visit in the City Center is Park Hayarkon, is the largest park in the city and the perfect getaway from the bustling city crowds.

3. Shown prices don't include 17% VAT (Value Added Tax) which apply only to Israeli citizens according to Israeli tax laws. If the booker is an Israeli citizen, the VAT will be added to the reservation amount using a special offer after the reservation is confirmed. Other tourists will be asked to scan and send a copy of their passport and the border control ticket (tourist visa) which is received at the airport.

4. Holding a gathering, partying, playing music at a high level or an event that has not been approved in advance, constitutes a serious violation of the rules of the house and will result in the payment of an exceptional fine up to 1,000 USD for direct and indirect damages incurred.

5. Pets are not allowed.
