The house is located off Highway 60 on a 10-acre horse property in the heart of Horse Country in downtown Wickenburg. It is less than one mile from the Wickenburg Golf Country Club and only minutes to all three Wickenburg roping arenas. The Ranch House is perfectly situated for easy access to and from all of Wickenburg's best places to visit and stay.

The property has ample parking and a circular driveway, making parking, loading, unloading, and maneuvering large trailers, trucks and other rigs a breeze.
