You will find this 8-room villa spans across 375 square meters, spread over 3 levels. The villa features beautiful and cozy furnishings, including 3 rooms of 19 square meters each, equipped with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and air conditioning, providing direct access to the swimming pool. On the lower ground floor, there are 2 additional rooms, each with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a playroom with satellite TV and air conditioning. The upper floor boasts a spacious living/dining room of 50 square meters, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning, and access to the terrace and swimming pool. Furthermore, there is a 20 square meter room with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin, and air conditioning.

Forced-air heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the villa. Deck chairs are available for relaxing outdoors, and the villa offers partial views of the sea. Additional facilities include a safe, iron, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Please note that the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, and the lower ground floor features highly placed windows.
