Everything was good except, we couldn’t sleep due to tv sounds from other rooms. Wall are soo thin that we could hear clearly.

Great quiet place

The hotel room is nice. Unfortunately there was nowhere to grab a bite. I was told the restaurant was closed for renovations I asked one of the employees where I can get something to eat and the answer was try and see if there is something across the street. The amenities in the room were used with empty gel bottle and the body cream had greasy fingerprints on it

Hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable overall. The experience of having inconsiderate, noisy next door guests was a nightmare!

This is a newly constructed hotel. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. It was very quiet. It has very good proximity to O’Hare. The staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The staff made our stay memorable.

The hotel definitely exceeded the expectations. Clean, modern. Very nice decor. Super friendly service.

What a special experience! Beautiful boutique hotel with an excellent staff. The high point was having dinner and briefly enjoying the rooftop bar (it was a little cold). The food was outstanding. The chef came to the table to check on the items as did the owner/manager (not 100% certain) Christina. She is a lovely person and very gracious. I intend on staying here again when needed - new favorite spot.

I love my room.

This is not a hotel to stay at for business. There is no business area. I needed something printed and the manager did the first day and the second the person on duty could not print. I stayed for 8 nights. All the ice machines were broken the entire time. If you need ice then you have to go to the manager and ask for it I wanted to order breakfast one morning and they said they didn’t have the staff that day. The walls are paper thin. You hear everything. I was lucky enough to be placed outside the hotel housekeeping so they opened and shut the door starting at 3:00. There is no microwave in the room. My first day I went in the safe and the former guest shoved pants shirt and dirty socks with grass on them. Went to front desk to tell them and they didn’t pick it up until the next day.

Breakfast was not included: $50? Really?
Never again.

The person checking people in was extremely slow and didn’t know how to properly use the system . They had every once checked into certain rooms pre check in so if there needed to be any modifications we would have been out of luck . The hotel was clean downstairs and the room was clean the walls where so thin we heard people arguing with their kids all morning and night . Wouldn’t stay here again

It was okay but i was disappointed with the following; bed mattress covers were not on properly - kept coming off (and with bed bugs being on so many peoples minds this didn’t sit well) pillows on the bed had dirt on them like as if someone out them in the floor, floors could have been vacuumed and mopped better (too many dust bunnies), a big carpet is needed to drown out some of the echo… large bath towels would have been nice as i could not even wrap it around my body to dry (i am not a large person). The drinks in the lobby were crazy expensive! The girl that checked us in was amazing! The overnight concierge could have looked more presentable… shirt was dirty. There was a sign for us to call as he was not at the desk, issue with that is why should i have to pay long distance to get ahold of your concierge when I’m trying to check out (I’m not from the US)

The property was very nice but the elevator was noisy, the toilet seat was not attached well to the toilet, and the restaurant was not open yet.

Very noisy hotel. While I was there they were having issues with the fire alarm which went off continuously. When I tried to get back into my room after the fire alarm the battery on my card reader was dead and it took 45 minutes to replace the batteries. I ended up being late for my first morning meeting because of my inability to get back into my room.

Terrible stay at this place, people above us were partying and had dogs with them, all we heard all night were human and pet foot steps walking back and forth with loud music at 3:30am and heavy things were being dropped. Front desk person was rude and said there’s not much he can do for us. We didn’t want to drive home at 4:00am after a long night celebrating a friend's Wedding. We will never stay here again.
