Our room was on the 2nd floor right next to the in door. It advertised dog friendly and they did welcome us however everytime someone opened the in door and came in (near our room) our dogs barked, which is what dogs do. Wish we werehowever we were called at the funeral (which was the purpose of our trip) to come quiet them. Wish we were put on the lower level. The only other problem we had was the bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable.

I am not sure how this place has five star reviews. The outside is dingy and run down and very little lighting in the parking lot. I immediately did not feel safe. Hallway has that old stale musty smoke smell. Room was clean. The bed is basically mattress in a box. Half roll of toilet paper, no tissues, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no water, no ice, and no iron. But the noise….maybe slept two hours. Doors slamming and voices in the hall way and King Kong overhead…couldn’t quite figure how in a small room someone could roam around overhead for hours. No hasp, chain or dead bolt on the inside of either door to the outside hall or parking lot. Won’t be back and recommend you skip it especially for the price. If it had been 120 or so maybe but it was 270.

This is overall a poor property who have done a nice job of renovating the rooms (make sure you get a fully new room). The exterior looks so run down it was a very disappointing arrival. But the digital check in and clean modern room made up for it. As an inexpensive motel it’s fine and functions. But lacks any of the charm of the area. And is certainly not an exciting place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable with soft white sheets and comfortable pillows. The room was pleasantly modernized and updated. The only challenge we experienced was the smell of cigarette smoke coming into our room and we could hear someone snoring in the room next to ours. Not much anyone can do. 😂

This motel is a work in progress. The room I was in has been renovated and modernized. It was spotless. It was a very large room with a balcony. The outside areas and several units are being worked on. I would stay there again. I would like to see it when they have completed their project.

If you have stayed at this location in the past when it was operating under a different name, this is NOTHING like the Marshfield Inn. Our room was spotless with modern furnishings. Staff was friendly and professional. The contactless check in was very convenient. The air conditioning , refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, lights, automatic bathroom fan. etc were all in perfect order ( including ample coffee making supplies)Bedding was very comfortable. No smells or noise in our room or the hallways. Overall, a very positive experience.

Hotel is a work in progress. Construction going on in top floor during the day. Good location for getting around Marshfield Room completely updated, but exterior is blah. Quiet generally through our stay, but could hear conversations from the floor below. Missing items were: no facial tissues in room; no hooks in shower area to hang clothes; no shelves in shower for soap/shampoo. Expensive for the quality of the hotel.

The room was tiny. Honestly for $300 a night I expected a much bigger room. Towels were 1st class. The rooms were recently remodeled and overall in great condition no real place in the bathroom to put your toiletries kit, except the side of the sink or the top of the toilet tank. Floor was swept but there was some debris that was missed. Again for $300 a night I had higher expectations. Parking was great. Contactless check in was easy. Roku TV microwave & a small fridge. No blackout curtains & the light switch was in the middle of the room not near the doorway.

The interior of the property has been remodeled nicely and is very clean and comfortable. The room could use a few additional things including a shelf in the shower for toiletries, additional light in the room and a dresser and or shelf system in the room under the TV. The mini fridge / freezer is cute and useful. The bed was very comfortable. They are actively remodeling the rest of the property and hopefully that will include the exterior that is a bit rundown. Overall very impressed with the changes so far.

Made last minute plans to stay in the area for one night and needed a room at the last second. Was able to find the Green Harbor hotel on Expedia and they offered decent rate so I jumped on it. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The rooms were immaculate and clean and matched exactly what it showed online. The staff were very welcoming at the front and were able to accommodate everything I asked for. Nice tv and good wifi to use in the room. Went out to eat and there was a great restaurant right down the street. Will definitely stay here again in the future when I’m in the area.

Overall I think this hotel is great! The price is reasonable and overall I would say it's very comfortable and cozy. It looks like this used to be a cheap motel but the owner did a great job renovating it! Personally, the pillows were a little stiff for my liking but I usually find all hotel pillows to be either too soft or too stiff. The in-unit AC works really well and it's easy to control. Water pressure is also on the lighter side but didn't really affect showering. Rooms are also not super well sound proofed so it's easy to hear people walking around the halls but you can't really hear between rooms. The hotel is still undergoing some renovations so it's not as pretty and refined as some high end hotels but I wouldn't mind coming back for another stay next time I'm in the area.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while traveling for work. Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly staff and shown to my room. The room was absolutely perfect! It was recently renovated, everything was brand new. My room was spotless and very comfortable. They truly go the extra mile to provide a wonderful space for their guests. This will be my go to spot anytime l'm in the area and is my new home away from home! Thank you Green Harbor Hotel for a wonderful experience!
