Not happy with the room. The hotel has no board, and the area of the hotel is not recommended for the families to stay in my personal view. The hotel has no reception except one person can meet and greet you. This hotel looks like a hostel and maybe suitable for bachelors, not for families. Though families are living there. The bathroom was smelly and not cleaned well.

Never sent me instructions to check-in. The website description of the property being close to the haram is false. There is no one to let you check in and they sent an email last minute asking to reach via WhatsApp. They never provided the WhatsApp number and no way to reach them

Overall it was good location, the property was cleaned, renovated and friendly service.

I paid way too much for a place that isn’t worth my money

Pros: The property is clean and walkable to Medina. The rooms have fridge, tea kettle, nice TV good AC and good WiFi. The self check in process is simple and well described.
Con: There is only enough water, paper, and coffee for 1 day. They should have enough water, toilet paper, coffee etc for multiple day trips. Also the hotel is very Loud inside; loud guests all night long and no sound proofing.

The property has nothing to do with its post claim. It is basically not a hotel may be a bed without breakfast. I spoke to its owner, and he was very respectful, understanding and even appreciative. He communicated with Expedia to refund me, and they did.

The property itself was extremely neat and clean. access to the building is controlled by a passkey-based pad. and the room was generously spacious (4 beds!) and everything was working and clean. Finding the property, however, wasn't straightforward. the hotel is located in a very small and side street in a residential area and they have a very small sign right next to the door with the hotel name that is super easy to miss. also the hotel isn't the closest to the haram. still not super far (would say about 12ish min walk) although if you have accessibility issues, that hotel isn't for you as the route to the haram isn't super accessible from the hotel

The hotel exterior is not appealing but once you go inside it is actually clean and decent for a short stay. The rooms are very good size. Walking distance to the haram 10 - 15 minutes.

When I got off the taxi I thought I made a terrible mistake by choosing this hotel. The surrounding area, the outside of the building and the entrance looked terrible. However, once you open the door, you are pleasantly surprised. The reception area looks clean and modern. There is no reception desk or staff as such. You are given instructions in advance on how to check in, although I had to contact Hotels.com to chase up the owners for this.
Once inside the room you are still more surprised. Its very clean, the AC is brilliant, and you have everything you need, toiletries, hairdryer, slippers etc. The bed is very comfortable.
On top of that the hotel is ony 10-12 min walk from Haram.
A very reasonably priced hotel with a 5 star comfort and cleanliness. I would definitely come back.

I was shocked when I saw the property from outside as it is very old building in the outskirts of Almadinah, about 15 minutes walk to Alharam but as you open the main door it become completely different in the inside, the inside is renovated and in good condition. No parking.

Owner was not honest when he described the hotel. Hotel was located in a very poor and unsafe very old neighborhood. I could not stay in the hotel. I only used it for 2 days to pack up before I leave. I had to bring a friend to feel safe. He made it unrefundable because anyone that comes from abroad will refuse to stay in this unsafe place. The smell is awful and burns your eyes, and there is no one to clean your room.
The owner ignores my calls and text when I told him I feel unsafe.
The hotel looks empty and only a couple of rooms were reserved.
The owner doesn’t care about your opinion. I don’t recommend this experience for anybody.
