TWO LARGE BEDROOMS CAPABLE OF SLEEPING 7 PEOPLE, 1.5 BATHROOMS, LARGE KITCHEN WITH A TABLE THAT SEATS 8 PEOPLE. CONTACT BRIAN TO RESERVE NOW 267.446.8886
CANCELLATIONS: RENTERS CAN ONLY CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION IN WRITING. IF THE RENTER CANCELS THE RESERVATION BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE, THE OWNER WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO BOOK ANOTHER RESERVATION FOR THE SAME TIME PERIOD. IF THE RENTAL PROPERTY IS RE-BOOKED AT THE SAME RATE OR GREATER, RENTER WILL REEIVE A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID MINUS 15% SERVICE FEE TO RE-LIST AND REBOOK THE PROPERTY. SEE ATTACHED DRAWING WHICH SHOWS DESIGNATED PARKING SPOTS FRONT AND BACK. APON CHECKOUT ALL TRASH IS TO BE REMOVED FROM HOME. HOME IS TO BE VACUUMED AND TO BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS FOUND. TURN OFF ANY LIGHTS, WINDOWS & DOORS ARE TO BE SHUT & LOCKED, BOTH KEYS TO BE PUT BACK IN LOCK BOX.
SECURTIY DEPOSIT: $300 SECURTIY DEPOSIT REQUIRED. THIS WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEPARTURE. IF ANY DAMAGE OR WEAR AND TEAR BEYOND NORMAL USE IS DISCOVERED, YOU WILL ALSO BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEPARTURE TO INFORM YOU IF PART OR ALL OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS BEING RETAINED.
