I rented this property for a week this summer with my family, and honestly, I don’t think it was worth the price I paid. First of all, pay close attention to the list of amenities because this house doesn’t have a washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher. As for the air conditioning, is not throughout the whole house but just one machine in the living room that is meant to cool the whole space.
The rented portion of the house is actually quite small; it’s only a part of the house shown in the picture. The house only has one small bathroom and 3 bedrooms. One is a decent size, but the other two are very small, and one of these doesn’t even have windows. It looks more like a den than a bedroom. One of the beds appeared to be damaged, as one of the wooden slats kept falling off.
Overall the property was not well-maintained, especially the outside.
The outdoor area, which looked appealing in the photos, was disappointing in person.
The stairs, patio, and wooden part are in poor condition. The flower pots have no flowers or greenery and some are even used to throw broken things. Tens of cigarette butts were left in a container near the barbecue. The furniture also requires maintenance especially the barbecue and the two umbrellas, both broken. The only good thing about the rent was the pool and hot tub. Overall our experience was far below our expectations, and was not comfortable.
