About this apartment rental
This stylish duplex apartment is on the hillside, set back from the famous marina of Porto Rotondo. The loft-style apartment sleeps 5 people and it makes a fantastic base for exploring the glamorous Costa Smeralda.
The open-plan living area, with a double-height ceiling, has a large glass door that leads out onto a rustic balcony with sea views. The balcony has a small dining table and a side banquet, perfect for sun-downers or relaxing with a book. The airy living area is furnished with armchairs, a writing desk, a flat-screen TV and a staircase that leads up to the mezzanine bedroom. Under the mezzanine, there is a dining table and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This mezzanine bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom.
Extra: There is a single bed in the living room.

Bathroom 1: An attractive tiled bathroom with a shower, bidet, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: The en suite bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Porto Rotondo’s marina and an 8-minute walk from the centre of the resort. During the summer months, the town hosts “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday. The town has excellent restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as exclusive boutiques.
Alternatively, in Olbia, you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended (20 minutes). Otherwise, for self-catering, there are supermarkets and smaller shops close by.
Some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches are close by, including Spiaggia Punta Volpe (4-minute drive), Spiaggia di Ira (4-minute drive) and Marinella Bay (7-minute drive). They are known for their soft sand and crystal-clear water.
Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive. If you are coming by ferry then the port of Golfo Aranci (16 minutes) has ferries to Livorno and Civittavecchia.
