It was our first time using Vrbo so we didn't know what to expect. Everything was flawless from booking to check-out. I have pet allergies even though I'm a dog owner (hypo-allergenic) so I was very hesitant on booking a pet friendly stay. When I reached out to the host to communicate my concerns, he was understanding, accommodating, and replied to my questions and concerns within minutes. Great location, central as advertised and in a safe part of town. Safe enough for my kids to walk our dog around the neighbourhood. The private parking spots next to the house (off the street) was a bonus and a pleasant surprise. Knowing that we had a dedicated spot to unload our luggage when we arrived late at night was amazing. Cleanliness is on the top of my list and I was completely satisfied. My allergies were at bay the entire time. Both host and home exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the Richmond area. I don't have any other Vrbo experiences to compare this to, but Jason has set the bar high for future bookings!

We do multiple trips to Richmond each year to visit family and friends and stayed in this home for about 10 days. Here are our thoughts
What we liked:
Communication with the host was great
Location
Overall comfort of the home
Dog friendly
Laundry
Front porch
Plenty of pots & pans for cooking
Off street parking
What could improve future stays:
Upgrade master suite mattress
Supply a hair dryer
Supply and ironing board/iron
Supply things like aluminum foil, plastic wrap
Common area outside is a bit worn and is not cleaned on a regular basis
Might not be able to do anything about it but the smoke detector in the kitchen is super sensitive
All in all we enjoyed our stay and nothing would really prevent us from considering staying there again.

This is a GREAT HOUSE!!!!
Our stay was FANTASTIC! The location of the house was convenient to everything we had to do. Some things were downtown and that was 7-10 min. Some were in the museum district which was right there. And some were just north at the Country Club of Virginia, again very near. 15-20 min. There are convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, parks, and museums all within walking distance.
The house is very accommodating with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms and bedrooms. The Beds were all very comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and it was cozy enough for us to gather and plan out the day. There is a great front porch to sit and watch the people walk by and plenty of parking off street so you don't have to search for a parking spot.

Lovely place, close to everything! Great for our family while visiting our VCU students.

We were visiting our daughter in RVA and this home was conveniently located in the Fan District.
We found the home to be small but well maintained and comfortable. The location was quiet, and there was off-street parking next to the home which is helpful as the streets in this area do fill up with residents vehicles.
We would definitely stay again on our next trip.
