- Any stays longer than 14 days will require a clean every 7 days. For example, if you stay 40 nights, there would be a clean on day 15, day 22, day 29, and day 36.
- There are 3 kayaks with life jackets for your enjoyment.
- Dock has cleats to tie up boat.
- Washer and Dryer is located in room outside.
- There are external cameras only for your safety.
- Jacuzzi is set at 90 degrees and it needs at least 3 hours to reach a 100.
- 10 minutes/6.8 miles to Tarpon Springs.
- 20 minutes/9.5 miles to Fred Howard State Park and Beach.
- 40 minutes/ 20 miles to Weeki Wachee State Park
- 27 minutes/14 miles to Sun West Park and Beach
- 33 minutes/17 miles to Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island.
