The home boasts a light and airy atmosphere with a record player, games, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with brand new beds and comfortable linens. The 16 inch LUCID king and 2 queen beds are all memory foam for a restful night's sleep. Guests can also enjoy a private 35 ft true putt pitching and putting green just outside the back door, perfect for practicing your golf game.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
Include a reverse osmosis drinking water system, whole home water softener, and access to 3 community pools and hot tubs. Our home is located in a beautiful gated neighborhood with well-maintained streets and landscaping. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for those looking to relax and unwind during their vacation. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the community.
You can feel safe and secure in our gated neighborhood, as only residents and their guests have access to the community. This provides an added layer of privacy for our guests, giving them peace of mind during their stay.
There are several car rental companies located near the airport and downtown area. This will give you the flexibility to explore the area at your own pace and visit various attractions. Public transportation is limited in some parts of the area, so having a rental car will make it easier to get around. Make sure to have a valid driver's license and understand the local driving laws before hitting the road. Additionally, consider getting a GPS or navigation system to help you navigate the unfamiliar roads. Overall, renting a car is the best option for getting around and making the most of your visit to the area.

Cigar smoking is ALLOWED under these enforced rules. If you do NOT follow you will be subject to a $500 fine. + Additional Cleaning/Repair fees.
This will be enforced via a claim with Airbnb.
-Cigar smoking on the back patio area only with windows and doors closed so no smell enters the house.
-You must use the ashtray provided and be tidy.
-Safely dispose of left over cigars.
-NO smoking out in front or inside of the house.
