Experience vintage charm with modern comforts in our updated 1920s home within Fort Smith's Fitzgerald Historic District. The property is close to just about everything in Fort Smith! It's a short walk or drive to parks, local eats, downtown, the sports complex, museums, and Ebbing Air Force Base.
The location:
• Creekmore Park is walking distance within the Historic district, along with the library and Sweet Bay Coffee!
• The Regional Art Museum (RAM) is a few blocks further down.
• The Fort Smith bikeway has several connections near the property.
• The downtown area is a quick and easy Uber away.
• Free off-street parking, up to 4 vehicles
Inside the home:
• The master bedroom, master bathroom and walk in closet have all been remodeled this year.
• There's a large and fully functional kitchen with a remodeled dining room and coffee nook.
• Updated dining space with seating for large groups
• The living room is spacious with plenty of room for the whole family.
• The upstairs has two smaller bedrooms and a large bathroom.
Note: the upstairs bathroom ceiling is a bit low in one spot. Taller folks, 6ft and above, may prefer to use the main floor bathrooms.
