Guest Policy
Verification Steps Before Stay:
As a condition precedent to the stay at the property, the guest must complete the following verification steps prior to the check-in date:
-Provide complete and accurate information regarding entry details to the property.
-Upload a valid form of identification.
-Agree to and sign the rental agreement.
-Pay all applicable fees in full.
-Complete the check-in process as outlined in the instructions provided by the host.
This process is referred to as completing the boarding pass, which includes:
-Entry details
-ID upload
-Agreement
-Deposit & Fees (if apply)
-Check in
Note: Failure to complete any of these steps may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
Early Check-in:
Early check-in is possible provided the property is available, meaning there is no check-out on the same day. There is a minimum fee, which must be paid before check-in. However, there is no charge if the early check-in is less than 1 hour before the standard check-in time.
Late Check-out:
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. with a 15-minute grace period. After this time, a charge of $270 will be applied, with a maximum stay until 12:00 p.m. After 12:00 p.m., the maintenance and cleaning team will enter the property.
Extra Guests:
All guests must be informed and approved prior to check-in. Any additional guests not reported will incur a fee of $50 per guest, per day of the stay.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is only allowed outdoors. There is zero tolerance for smoking inside the house. If anything is found on the property, the landlord reserves the right to forfeit the entire damage deposit. Smoking inside the house will result in a $2,000 fine!
Noise Policy:
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; the neighborhood's quiet hours enforced by the code are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. DJs or bands are not allowed on the property. Violation of this policy may result in a fine of $1000
Liability:
The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. They are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or from others whom they invite to use the premises.
Property Care:
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Use appliances only for their intended uses.
Pets:
Pets are allowed only with prior approval, and the pet addendum must be completed. Pets must be disclosed and approved before check-in, and any applicable fees must be paid.
Trash:
All trash must be stored in the proper garbage bins, located on the side of the house next to the driveway. Regular trash (green containers) is collected early on Tuesday and Friday mornings; please take the bins out the night before. Failure to comply with the bin regulations, causing excess trash, and bulk pickup may incur a fee of $100 per bin.
Pool Maintenance:
The pool has scheduled maintenance every Wednesday. Additionally, in exceptional circumstances, extra maintenance may be performed on other days if necessary.
Pool:
When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use it at your own risk. The pool company comes every Monday and Thursday, mainly before noon. Swim at your own risk. We accept no liability. After 10:00 p.m., please be mindful of local noise/neighborhood ordinances when using the pool and jacuzzi.
Air Conditioning:
Do not set the air conditioning below 70 degrees, as this may result in damage to the unit, for which the tenant will be liable. Please keep doors closed at all times!
Cameras:
For insurance purposes, there are cameras outside around the house. There is also a camera facing the pool area for security reasons. In the event of any incident, the homeowner reserves the right to use the footage for claims.
Remote Control:
Any lost or missing remote control will be charged $200.
Subleasing:
Subleasing is strictly prohibited without written approval from Management.
Photo or Video Shoots:
Photo or video shoots are allowed without approval, provided they are not for commercial purposes. For commercial photo or video shoots, written approval from Management is required.
Parking:
Street parking is not allowed at any time. Parking is only available on the premises. Maximum of 6 cars.
Security Cameras/Noise Monitoring:
Please be aware that this accommodation has security cameras covering only the external areas of the property. These must remain on and functioning at all times, solely for security reasons and to ensure the safety of the property and the traveler. Security cameras can be located at the exterior angles of the property.
Additionally, each of our accommodations is equipped with a noise level monitoring device. This must remain active to monitor only decibel/sound levels, to protect us against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversation, only noise levels.
Finally, we have a device connected to each house, which will alert us to the number of devices in the house, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
Please note that all the above data is not stored and/or deleted when no longer needed.
