The Space:
#StayinMyDistrict Twin Falls Bright & Sunny Bungalow. Convenient to Downtown, College of Southern Idaho, local shopping & dining. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, grocery and a convenience store within 5 blocks of the home. This 1900’s bungalow features both modern updates and historical charm. Approx. 1800 ft.² featuring Tile, hardwood and fresh paint throughout give the home a clean contemporary feel. Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, made with guests comfort in mind, make this the perfect HOME away from HOME!

Fully stocked kitchen allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring updated tile surfaces and full size stainless appliances including refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with seating for (4) and a bar with (4) bar stools.

Main Level-Bright and spacious living area featuring comfortable couch with chaise lounge and converts to a queen size sofa sleeper. Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! Open seating area with large windows bring in plenty of light and provides a comfy nook for reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.

Front sun room doubles as a bright work space. Large desk and comfortable chair allow for a private office space surrounded by windows.

**3 Main Level bedrooms are furnished with comfortable KING mattresses with clean & crisp linens, each room featuring it’s own unique style. There is closet space for hanging clothes and storing guests personal items.

Main level Bright and clean bath including a tile shower, new finishes and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities! Washer & Dryer for guests use.

The additional space downstairs is a remodeled basement apartment and has interior access to accommodate larger groups while offering some separation and privacy if needed. Modern updates mixed with some historical charm. Tile, hardwood and fresh paint throughout make the lower level bright and comfortable.

Fully stocked kitchenette (downstairs) allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring counter space for preparing simple meals and a full size stainless refrigerator, toaster oven, electric skillet, electric tea kettle, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with seating for (4).

Downstairs living area featuring comfortable couch with chaise lounge. Flat screen SMART TV, and electric fireplace makes for a great night of lounging.

There is a private bedroom with a QUEEN bed and you MUST WALK THROUGH to the additional sleeping area with a FULL bed, and a TWIN size bed. Perfect for families or friends that don’t mind being close to each other! **Comfortable mattresses with clean & crisp linens, (twin is probably more comfortable for Kids) but the full and queen are high quality and comfortable! There is space for hanging clothes and storing guests personal items.

Recently updated downstairs bathroom with beautiful claw foot tub & shower, keeping the historical charm of the original home. Tile floors, upgraded finishes and high quality towels & linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience.

Multiple outdoor spaces! Small fenced area with deck and wood firepit, Private covered outdoor space with cozy gas fire pit and outdoor sofa for a cool night on the patio, and front porch with adirondack chairs in additional to grassy areas for kids and pet to run. There is also a BBQ grill, grilling utensils and plastic cups/dishes, 2 tables with seating for outdoor dining, and plenty of space to relax. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee by the fire, while the kids (or adults :) make smores!

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, between Downtown and the College of Southern Idaho. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with older homes. Many of the homes are being updated and remodeled as the neighborhood has started to gain more popularity. Blue Lakes Boulevard is the main throughway in the City of Twin Falls and is ½ mile from the home. Blue Lakes Blvd has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Magic Valley Mall, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Costco. Nearby parks include Harrison Park, Barry Park and Frontier Park.

Historic Downtown Twin Falls (1 mile) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. A recent revitalization brought new businesses and a community common space for events – including a splash pad for families. Patrons will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers have started to crave walkability the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.

There is a local airport but most people fly into Boise (1hr 15min) or SLC (2.5 hr).

-~We may request that you provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to host. This if for the safety and security of both guests and property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

PET POLICY
We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable.
