We are excited to welcome you to our one of a kind home in Seaside Park- Paradise on N Street! Our duplex style property features two units, each offering 2 beds and 1 bath (both updated). This rental includes the entire house and property!! Two fully equipped kitchens and living rooms, hardwood floors throughout, each with its own washer/dryer. Private backyard w/ pool and hot tub! Extras include beach badges, chairs, beach cart, umbrella, corn hole, backyard Jenga & more! 2 Car parking in the driveway and unmetered street parking.
Enjoy the classic seaside charm of our home but with many updated amenities including two renovated bathrooms, Central Air, Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer and 2 Smart TVs. We are conveniently located between the beach and bay, walking distance to the beach, playground, bay, boardwalk, fireworks, pier rides, farmers market and restaurants! Wake up to beautiful sunrises and wind down to stunning sunsets everyday.

- 2 blocks walk to the beach
- 10 minute walk to the Seaside Heights boardwalk
- 5 minute drive to all the restaurants in both Seaside Heights and Seaside Park.
- 5 minute drive to iconic Island Beach State Park
- Boat and jet ski rentals just minutes away
- Kids playground down the street near the bay
Important Notes:
- Tenants are responsible to bring their own linens. Including sheets, blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, etc. Pillows are provided.
- Fully refundable security deposit: $1,000.
- Cleanliness is our priority. We ask you to be considerate and treat our place as if it were your own home!
We have implemented additional cleaning and sanitizing measures between each booking. The safety and health of our tenants and their families is most important to us.
Pets considered on a case by case basis and must be disclosed prior to booking. Additional pet fee applies.
