Ground Floor: Living room: Freesat, Smart TV, Electric Woodburner Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge Bathroom 1: Walk-In Shower, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed sitting-out area with garden furniture. On road parking. 2 pets welcome, to be kept downstairs and away from the living room. No smoking. . Regent House is a delightful two-bedroom holiday property situated in a prime location near the town centre. Upon entering the holiday home you’ll be greeted by a cosy sitting room adorned with comfortable furnishings and an electric wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The equipped kitchen provides what it needs to prepare your favourite meals along with a dining table to seat two. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient shower room.
