Curl up by the fireplace, a cozy space to return after cross-country skiing or exploring the miles of river trail just right outside your door! The primary bedroom includes deck access, while the second and third bedrooms are situated on a separate floor for added privacy. The well-equipped, spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, and living room are part of the townhome's open floor plan, providing a bright & inviting atmosphere throughout. You can grill, dine, or relax in one of the most exquisite places in town!

The two (2) decks offer outdoor sanctuaries to enjoy the sounds of the river and witness the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding 13,000-foot peaks of the San Juan Mountain range that tower around Ouray, our "Switzerland of America" due to the dramatic cliffs and jutting peaks all around. Each of the three (3) bedrooms are located on the tranquil riverside, with the main bedroom on a separate floor and having deck access. All are outfitted with the most luxurious bedding for a great night's sleep, and Smart TVs to enjoy your favorite show. You won't want to leave after spending just one night at our stunning Ouray Riverfront Oasis!

-Parking for up to three (3) cars, with two (2) parking spots and access to the one (1) car garage. There is no trailer parking onsite.

After your adventures enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment, and the Ouray Hot Springs Pool!

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
