You will immerse yourself in a warm atmosphere as soon as you arrive!
GROUND FLOOR WITH A VIEW OF THE TWO TERRACES
A large entrance leads to a beautiful living space bathed in light: living room with sofa and coffee table as well as a TV on the wall for your relaxing evenings, American kitchen with a dining area that directly overlooks the first terrace exposed east.
For the meal, a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking regional products, a dining area overlooking the terrace equipped with table and chairs that can accommodate you for your breakfasts.
On the pool side you will find a pleasant covered and equipped summer kitchen (fridge - mini dishwasher - sink - plancha - storage and all outdoor kitchen utensils) with its covered dining area, comfortable armchairs and deckchairs.
Spacious room 1 directly overlooking the outside and the sunny view of the pool and equipped with a small office and a bathroom.
For comfort, a bed of 140 x 190, storage.
Bedroom 2 for children, a bed of 90 x 190, storage.
For your comfort, a washing machine and a drying rack are at your disposal in the laundry room.
An independent toilet.
NIGHT AREA ON THE FLOOR
The sleeping area is composed of 3 spacious bedrooms.
The air conditioning upstairs will offer you optimal comfort throughout your stay.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are equipped with a double bed 140 x 190
Room 5 equipped with a single bed 90 x 190
They all have storage at your disposal.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, two sinks with storage cabinet and toilet.
THE PARKING
A secure entrance will allow you to park two vehicles in peace. Two outdoor seats are also at your disposal.
## Access
Travelers will have access to the entire house except one room and the garage reserved for the owner for the storage of his personal belongings.
