Our bright and modern studio apartment is located near the city center. Apartment is located in a brand new building. The apartment measures 30sqm.

It comes with a queen size bed and there is a double sofa bed available as well.

The kitchen is convenient and fully equipped to test out your chef skills. In case you are not in the mood for cooking, there are a couple of restaurants nearby. :)

The bathroom is modern and fully functional filled with fresh towels and full amenities set.

We also provide coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of tea.

Cable TV offers you a variety of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers.

Everything necessary is available in the apartment. There are no shared areas in the building!

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the brand new building, a few steps away from the most famous water park - Vitosha Boulevard.

Cathedral Saint Aleksandar Nevski, Boyana Church Museum, Vitosha and other major attractions are easily accessible from the apartment.

You can't imagine better location for exploring the city in the shortest time possible. Grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops are just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

If you want to experience the outskirts of the city, public transport is located 2 minutes away from the apartment. From the metro station "Konstantin Velichkov" with a metro line M1 you can easily access the heart of the city center, airport, central bus and railway stations.
