This spacious 2,175 sq ft home is filled with a welcoming atmosphere, beachy decor, and plenty of spots and cozy nooks to kick back and relax after a fun day at the beach, shopping or sightseeing. There are 6 bedrooms to sleep 11 people, four with queen beds, two with twin beds and four full bathrooms to accommodate everyone.
Enjoy the street-front patio where you can chill out, have a BBQ night, or just people-watch in classic Newport Beach style! The home has two kitchens, one on each floor! The main kitchen features granite countertops, high-end appliances, and all you'd need to prepare scrumptious meals at home. There's a 2nd-floor terrace and 3rd-floor roof deck, what our guests rave most about! Get some sun or enjoy the expansive views of Newport Beach and the Pacific Ocean. It's surely the home's sweet spot!
If you must work, you'll have reliable Wi-Fi & plenty of laptop work spots. There are 3 parking spaces, something very coveted in Newport Beach! Two can fit in the covered garage, and one blocking the garage.

It’s a lively oceanfront park and a popular destination for beach activities. Take a ferry to nearby islands like Balboa or Lido, and enjoy meandering the cute streets for a day. Also, Corona Del Mar is another charming place to visit, about a 5-mile drive from the home.

It’s a 3-story beach house and guests will need to climb stairs to reach the upper levels.
Reliable Wi-Fi, TVs w/cable & Netflix, XBOX 360 game console, washer & dryer, bed linens, bath & beach towels, and beach essentials/beach chairs are provided free during your stay.
We provide some complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and some toilet paper in the bathrooms but please note that these items are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.
There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned at any point during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

This is a nice, clean house in great condition. The location is and really close to the beach and stores/restaurants.

This house was absolutely amazing for our group of 10! We had so much space and it was fabulous to have the entire house to ourselves. 2 master suites make this an ideal property for 2 families to share. We had 7 young adults/teenagers in our group and the bedrooms and living room upstairs were great for them to spread out and have some space to themselves. The garage was very spacious and I was able to fit my Mercedes GLS inside with a roof rack on top! We had plenty of space for 6 bicycles as well. The owner has made some furniture changes to the space that were not reflected in the photos, but they have definitely enhanced the space. The entire house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. (We especially loved the painted murals in the living room and stairwell.) The downstairs kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated that the owner provided dishsoap, sponges, trash bags and dishwasher pods. Location was perfect as well…short walk to the sand, park with basketball across the street, and just a short bike ride or walk to pavilions to get groceries. This has definitely been our favorite Newport property in the 8 years that we have been renting.

Perfect for our corporate planning meetings. Comfortable and clean meeting areas, close to beach, stores, and many excellent restaurants. Six bedrooms and 4 bathrooms amply accommodated our team. Email from VRBO's service team let us know we would have quick support if needed. It was not needed since everything went so well!

One of the larger homes we stayed in since we have been vacationing in Newport. Location was perfect for us and check in process was simple and smooth. Would definitely stay her again.

This house swallows big groups. If you are looking for a place to gather in NewPort rent this.
My only gripe is the check in and out times
To late and too early. They were a accommodating on the check out. Really nice prop management company.

A bit pricey but property and host made it worth while. Only downside is location, 3 doors in from 4 way stop with muscle cars and bikes showing out till early morning hours. Often made outside conversation impossible until vehicle cleared intersection. Did I mention VRBO was a worthless conduit in the transaction? Will never use VRBO again

House is great for a large group. We had 8 people and each couple had their own bathroom which was great.
Check in process was good. No major issues. Wifi password was wrong in the instructions but we figured it out. No biggie.
Not the cleanest house we have stayed at (floors downstairs were dirty - food, dust and crumbs), bbq had pieces of food on it still, bathroom floors were dusty and had hair, etc. Beds all seemed clean which was great, just the floors could have used a cleaning, especially the kitchen.
There was a power outage that impacted half our house for the first day/night which was really unfortunate. Not the homeowners fault, and they were very responsive, but still a bummer. We were in the middle of making dinner and both stoves and the microwave went out. Unfortunately the bbq was very dirty so we didn’t want to use that.
If you are planning to cook, you’ll need to bring your own spices and cooking oils. There is nothing at the house (no olive oil, salt, pepper, etc)
I like you don’t have to watch the towels/sheets when you leave.
Overall we had a wonderful stay. The location can’t be beat.

We stayed at this house with another family and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great location close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The two car garage made parking easy. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a trip over Christmas to visit family who live in the area. The location was great, very close to the beach. We found great restaurants that were walking distance. My favorite thing every morning was walking on the boardwalk. The house had everything we needed and the space was great. Everything was just as described in the listing.

Loved having the two parking spaces in the garage because all our family wouldn’t fit in one car with all our luggage. We walked to crab cooker, tacos, grocery, and the shortest walk was to the beach, and the park.
