Immaculate and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house just a short walk to the gorgeous lake and playground at 5 Mile Bay. Open plan with great indoor/outdoor flow. This is the perfect spot for your summer holiday or winter escape!
Keeping warm in the cooler months will be easy with the fire-place and heat-pump. The air-conditioning will keep the house cool during the hot summer days.
The house sleeps up to 9 guests with the following bedding configuration – 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x fold out sofa-bed and 2x fold up stretcher beds. Please note, the sofa-bed and stretcher beds are each only suitable for a small child. The mezzanine floor area where the sofa-bed is located does not have curtains, so this space is very light in the mornings. There is a small semi-communal yet private back yard. There is a partial fence between this yard and the connecting property.

Great Time at this property, everything nice and clean.

We found the bach ideal for our family of mixed ages with quiet living space upstairs and well equiped kitchen and dining and TV nook downstairs. Mostly we dined outdoors by the BBQ , perfect space for entertaining friends, and putting a paddle pool for the baby.

We booked in for a last minute stay the day before traveling. Excellent communication, awesome property, impeccably clean. Would return.

Had a great stay, little touches like snuggle rugs, cute cushions, jandals and various other kiwiana makes it very homely !

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at #33b Logan Avenue. The 3 bedroom townhouse is well equiped and modern, clean and spacious. Kitchen was great, with plenty of dishes, plates, glasses including wine glasses etc. Private sheltered back yard with outdoor furniture. Good location away from the busyness of town. Nice neighbour with easy 5 minute walking access to the lake.
