Located on the 5th floor (with a lift) of a well-kept residential complex this modern apartment is conveniently situated close to a pedestrian area in central Menton, close to the seafront.
The property comfortably sleeps 5 guests and enjoys a spacious open-plan living room with a double sofa bed, a large flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates a kitchen equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.
Outside, there is a pretty balcony with views of the surrounding area and the sea, perfect for alfresco aperitifs or a morning coffee.

Bedroom 1: The spacious first bedroom enjoys access to a balcony and is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. This room also has a separate dressing room.

Beach lovers are spoilt for choice with three beaches within a 10-minute walk - the closest is Plage de Fossan.
