PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days before check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

The Whiteway:  A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

This property was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family get away. The location was amazing, especially for the kids using the pool and for us to be able to watch from the balcony. The condo was comfortable and spacious for all the family. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay again if available.

As Advertised, nice, clean and great location for a fair price. Our host was very prompt in answering questions upon our arrival. Be sure to check the wall shelf for the items you may be looking for when you arrive.

I had an amazing time with the family and within 20 min of being there we have already decided this is going to be a yearly stay.... was so much fun , warm and inviting thanks for such an amazing place.
