On the ground floor of a modern residence, built in the traditional Sardinian style, the apartment has a shaded terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The terrace has a dining table and chairs and makes an attractive option for meals al fresco. Double glass doors lead into the open-plan living area. This is furnished with a contemporary sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4 people and a modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Further down the room, next to the large wardrobes, there is a single bed.
Sleeping
The sofa in the bright living room converts into a comfortable double bed and there is also a single bed, plus extensive wardrobe space.
Bathroom
The fully equipped bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink and toilet.

Location
The apartment is in a small complex, just 5 minutes from the centre of the resort of Porto Rotondo, which, along with Porto Cervo, is one of the iconic resorts of Costa Smeralda and blessed with some of Sardinia’s finest beaches. The beaches at Punta Volpe (8 minutes), Marinella (9 minutes) and Ira (7 minutes) are famously lovely. After a day by the sea visitors are spoiled for choice with the many excellent restaurants and bars in the town.
In the summer months, Porto Rotondo’s marina (6 minutes) is home to some of the most expensive yachts in the world. An evening stroll around the port offers a glimpse of the international jet set. From June to August the town hosts “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday morning.
For self-catering there are supermarkets and smaller shops close by. Alternatively, in Olbia, you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (20 minutes)
Olbia airport is just a 30-minute drive and if you are arriving by boat, the Porto di Olbia is 25 minutes. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024
