This is the classic example of a motel that's fallen from grace. While the staff seemed to want to make folks comfortable and were courteous, the place is falling apart. While the parking lot was cleared of snow, the front door's glass was broken out. There was only one pillow on the double bed, and all the service items (ice bucket, key card, etc) are from other hotel chains. Toilet/shower room in my room has the door hinge mounted backwards from the way anyone would have it (it opens into the sink). Clearly this place is run on a shoestring budget.

Main entry doorway broken, Old fashion antique hotel, very outdated, poor quality toiletry, tv was not working, dirty carpet.

We chose this hotel for the price, and you do get what you pay for. The staff was very nice. The lobby was clean and neat. They are doing some renovations and some halls had “stuff” in them. Our room was adequate, with the bathtub being pretty clean—I am very picky. The bed was clean and pretty comfortable. We had a long day traveling so it was worth it for a bath, shower, and clean bed. The in-room hair dryer did not work. I’m not sure we would stay here again—would probably opt to spend a little more for a nicer place. The stairwell was very dirty.

It had all we needed after a long day of travel. A bed and a TV. It is quite run down but the price was right for what we needed.

This hotel is so run down I think the roaches moved out. The A/C hasn’t been cleaned in at least a year, the box spring to the bed had what looked like blood all over it, there is mold on the walls and around the windows. I think I need a tetanus shot after staying there. 0/10 do not use this place

Good option for a low-budget stay. Though not all amenities were included and there was no elevator to take us to the second floor, someone was able to help carry luggage. Room was clean except for microwave door, and there was marijuana scent in the hallway, despite the non-smoking signs everywhere. There are restaurants within a few minutes of this location.

This hotel has weekly rates so it is what you would expect as far as amenities: old, outdated, and not high on accommodations. HOWEVER, the family that appears to own/operate it are fantastic. They more than willing to be helpful which was huge since I didn't rent a car while in Fargo. They even offered to drop me off at the airport at 4am if I had problems with Uber. So it's not somewhere I would bring my wife on a vacation, but it fit our needs perfectly and we appreciate the operators more than the room.

You get what you pay for. Had some gravel in our bed when we pulled the sheets back. Toilet paper holder was broke. Towels were paper thin. What I expected for what I paid

They called me the day of my reservation and said that if I didn’t pay that minute they were cancelling my reservation and giving it to someone in front of them willing to pay more for the room. I was driving through Canada and this was not in the rules for reserving the room. They ended up cancelling and leaving me to look for another room.

Worst stay ever! Dirty, no shower curtain (couldn't shower), broken door, noisy neighbors, extremely overpriced. Would have spent a better night sleeping in my car. Pool closed until further notice, beverage machine in lobby out of order. This place exploits and is out for a fast buck only. Avoid at all costs!!
