Everything was ‘wow’ at this place. Felt like real paradise.
Only thing I didn’t like was that people put towels on the poolbeds before breakfast, just to claim their spot. Enough beds left though, but you just don’t do that right?

We loved our patio room right by the pool, with an outdoor shower. The room is very modern and comfortable with a huge bed. The pool area is amazing and the breakfast was the best part of our stay!
We originally booked a standard double which when we turned up, it was very misleading. It is in a completely separate part to the new complex. Luckily we could upgrade and they arranged us a room of our choice by the pool. Definitely worth upgrading and not going for the old resort.

The easy access to the beach, the room, the pool and restaurant. The breakfast is generous but the quality of ingredients could be improved and add more vegan options.
The quality of service from the staff is very poor, at a level rarely seen in such a high category of room. I enjoyed the facilities, location, and restaurant, and even decided to extend my stay. However, you should have seen the expression on the front desk attendant's face when I told her I wasn't here to check out but to extend. It seemed like an inconvenience for her. They even offered me a higher price than the one available online through a third party to encourage me to book via phone, seemingly to ease her workload.
Returning to my room, the door was locked, and it took them 20 minutes to come and change the batteries and fix it. I waited in 35-degree heat, sweating, and nobody apologized for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I received a rude phone call at 07:00 pm in my room, demanding immediate payment, even though the third party had not yet charged me. “You have to pay.” Since when is the front desk staff that rude? A simple 'good evening' would have been much appreciated. Obviously, there was no apology for the long 20 minutes I had to wait for assistance. I would strongly recommend that the management provide better training for the staff, especially in handling such facilities.

We loved everything about the hotel. We were on our honeymoon and were welcomed with a fresh drink and a lovely Honeymoon message in our room. The room was clean and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including a beach bag and two outdoor and indoor slippers. Housekeeping stocked our room with four complimentary bottles of water and a couple of soft drinks everyday. Our room was in the newer part of the hotel which I think is called the ocean zone if I’m not mistaken.
We were given one of the best rooms in the hotel. It was the closest to the infinity pool which was very convenient. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great. There was a variety of food which was repeated, but we didn’t mind it because the food was good.
There were three pools, a small new infinity pool with a bar, a bigger pool next to the breakfast restaurant, and a long pool next to the Tropical zone rooms. The latter was far away from our room so we stuck to the first two.
The hotel itself is a bit far from the lively area in Bophut, but we knew that and booked it because we wanted a quiet resort. It took 15-20 mins to walk to the restaurants and market in Fisherman’s village. Other days, we got Grab taxi to go to Chaweng for around 400 baht which is a bit pricey compared to other islands I’ve visited in Thailand.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. My husband and I enjoyed the trip and the hotel even brought cake to the room for my birthday which was a really nice gesture.
Nothing. Everything was great.

The breakfast buffet was amazing such a great selection of food.
The noise from the housekeeping trollies in the morning it was your alarm also staying on the ground floor one of my beach towels went missing one night and upon checkout I had to pay 600 baht,I’d be interested if those guests staying on the upper floors have the same issue with their towels missing.
My room was tired it needs a refurbishment.

Great place to stay on Ko Samui. The hotel is quite big. They have 3 pools (or 4, if you count the kids pool as well) which are all good. Especially the one right on the beach which has a great view on the ocean. Breakfast is outstanding and offers a good variety for Western and Asian taste. Could offer a bit more vegetarian options though. The staff is helpful and nice. The beach is ok, but very hot due to lack of trees. There are some restaurants near the hotel, as well as 7Eleven, laundry services, massage parlours etc. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Fisherman's village. But they also offer a free transfer twice a day. Overall we were very satisfied with this accomodation.
The only thing I would criticize is that there are no options for indoor activities, especially for families. There is a small playground outside. But it was usually to hot to play there. Except for gym, there are no options for activities indoors. I wish there was an indoors kids playground, a billiard table, some games or something like that, which you can use when it is very hot outside or when it rains.

The hotel has good facilities, the saltwater pool is good value.
The gym is brand new and well-equipped.
Staff.
We booked a triple room and a double-bed room.
Our triple room was transferred to a neighboring hotel which was previously called Palm Beach and was incorporated into Celes Samui. While the pictures and description via the agent’s website belong to the Deluxe patio room at Celes Samui, we were given a tropical room at the old Palm Beach, just behind the noisy main road.
The manager was very nice and was open to hear us, but instead of moving us to Celes Samui she printed out the room types on paper so she can prove to us that we are wrong about the room types, then she asked for more money for the move. We decided to enjoy the rest of our time there without the extra pay.
Before check out we decided to extend one of the rooms for an additional night, mainly but not only, because of an evening flight. We moved our bags and belongings and waited there.
A lady called from reception to question us to ask why there are 5 people in the room. This happened several times, even frontally. We were absolutely shocked by this behavior.
We were left with a very bitter taste from this place.
This hotel has good facilities, and it’s too the human touch is missing. It is more than obvious that communication between reception desks is poor.

3 beautifully big pools and the breakfast setting really stand out, good breakfast ,big nice rooms
Administration, didn't except my credit card and threatened with cancellation, took lots of emails and nearly one week for them to approve it,no apologies at all, beach is pretty muddy and water on the dirty side, but with so many pools not really a problem, the extremely noisy air-conditioning nealy ruined the holidays as we missed out on a proper sleep

The Hotel offers excellent service, breakfast was lovely and overall the place is well maintained and looked after.
I have found the location little bit far from City Center and difficult to find good restaurants nearby. Also, the sea water had unpleasant colour look ( to avoid to say dirty)

Celes Beachfront offers two different resort designs. The old resort style and the new iconic one.
We stayed 3 nights in the old and 3 nights in the new one.
The old rooms are located in old fashioned 2-3 level apartment buildings which are in very good conditions.
The old rooms itself were really tidy and kind of luxurious and quite large. We liked it!
The new rooms were also very clean and tidy as well as luxurious and very stylish. The whole new area looks marvelous and is designed with a lot of love for details.
The pools were fantastic, one is between the old resort buildings. Perfect to relax and play with children. The other is close to the beach. Palm-trees offer you very good shade. And the new infinity pool is just brilliant and perfect to watch the sunset.
The whole resort generally is in perfect conditions. It’s a real paradise feeling.
The breakfast is perfect! The food quality is really satisfying. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The resort offers two gyms, one in the new and one in the old complex.
We payed about 65 euro for the old building per night and 75 euro for a room in the new building. Booth offers included breakfast.
We can fully recommend this place! It’s every penny worth!

The breakfast that is included was exceptional and had plenty of Asian and continental options. Coffee machines at breakfast! And the breakfast room is beautiful with views of the ocean! The triple room had plenty of space for 3 people. Free mini bar inside room! There are 3 pools and the grounds are huge. Gardens are well kept and luscious. The pool with the infinity pool is stunning. Everywhere is beautifully decorated including the rooms. The staff were all so kind and friendly especially the main manager lady at reception. Excellent location, walking distance to the fisherman’s village which has everything you need. Night market is excellent. I would recommend booking the Good Herb Samui cooking class, our highlight of Koh Samui!
The only downside is WiFi is difficult to connect to, doesn’t take me to the log in page. When I was able to connect it was not strong and I had to use my mobile data instead. Secondly the food and drink prices are extremely expensive compared to the restaurants in the area. 250 baht for a glass of wine is the most we paid all holiday and should be cheaper as guests have paid a lot already to stay. The restaurant and bars always seemed empty because of this.

This hotel has a long beach. friendly and helpful staff.
Poor wifi connection. Got lost it every 10 minutes. it was impossible to watch YouTube. The smell of sewage was sometimes too strong. I had to buy a room spray and a room deodorant.

it was a dreamy resort! the breakfast was delicious. the rooms were very nice and comfy bed! the views and pools were beautiful and we loved it was right on the beach!
it was far away from attractions, and their shuttle only left at 3:30 and 6:30, which we had more options to use it!

pools were clean
bed was comfortable in a clean room
breakfast was good
ee electricity didn’t work in our room. it took 40 minutes for anyone to come to see about it. and then, it was a housekeeper who brought soap, and quickly realized that they hadn’t responded to my situation. a crew was sent. the electricity was broken and we were to be moved to another room. they told us to be ready in 10 minutes or so. 40 minutes later we received a call asking if we wanted help with our luggage. I had no idea what room we were moving to. they sent someone to help.
we were satisfied with the new room.
there were a number of things that I felt needed to be improved. it wasn’t that our stay was miserable. it was just very ordinary. not 5 star quality. no music or activities. just very plain.

Lovely hotel, clean and well kept. Ideal location away from the hustle, and bustle of Fisherman's Village which can be very busy, especially on Market nights which I think are Mon, Wed, Fri. You can get a Hotel Taxi to the village for 200bht, or theres a free Hotel Bus leaving at 3pm and 6pm. The staff are friendly and will do there best to fulfill your requests, just ask. Multinational hotel so expect a wide range of nationalitys. The breakfast options were varied, and very nice catering for the different cliental, but don't expect a full English. You can get one in the Village if your desparate😁
Towel culture which I thought had long gone. It's fine if your going to use the sunbed etc but often towels were placed for hours with no one using them. The hotel would remove them after an hour if no one returned, and only if you asked. Best thing to do just throw em in the pool.
The beach is nice but the sand is very hard to walk on. It's only narrow and, the tide fluctuates only 5 to 7 feet. There is an incline so it gets deep quick so be careful. It isn't a 10 minute walk to the Village, 20 to 25, if your close to 60 with a dodgy knee.
Be aware there are 2 parts to this Hotel, check out the room selection. There are Garden Rooms and Blocks. The pictures shown aren't what we were given although the room was very nice, so no issues there.
